Lexy makes the best pancakes on the island. Her place is open in the nighttime only as she caters mostly to people who need a bite after coming home from a party. The Nutella, peanut butter & banana pancake is my favorite. I have never tried the burgers as I don’t eat meat but everyone who did says they are amazing and really cheap, too. Hopefully she will offer veggie burgers soon, too. I would instantly buy them 🙂. Another suggestion would be to replace the “mayonnaise”, which is actually very sweet salad cream, with actual mayonnaise. Still 5 stars for the pancakes and because Lexy is such a sweet person.

Amazing burgers and pancakes! This is my second visit to phangan and Lexys is my favourite burger place specially after hours late at night. Can’t beat this for the price and quality.

Lexy is back, and she’s making fabulous five star burgers. We had cheeseburgers with bacon, a side of fries, and everything was delicious. Lexy told us she was closed during Covid, and has been re-opened only two months as we were visiting tonight. She makes everything herself, and says that it is important to her that her food looks good and tastes good to her high standards. Lexy is completely charming, as other reviewers have mentioned, and has a positive attitude while starting up her business again. We liked her equally as much as her food. You will have a great experience here..

Lexy used to make one of the best 🍔Burgers on the Island, but unfortunately not anymore. We ordered 🥓Bacon 🧀🍔Cheeseburgers and were very disappointed, because they were so overfried ☹️. The Bacon was almost unchewable and the Patties, which are homemade by her, were heavily overcooked and dry with a crust. The Patties are quite thick and should be nice & juicy, which they are not. I even came back another day to order a normal Cheeseburger to verify that it wasn't a one-time mistake, because I really used to love her Burgers, but unfortunately it was the same again and the Patty was even more dry and had a badly chewable Crust. Goodbye forever, Lexy 😢

10/10 best burger you'll get in Thailand, everything else is delicious too. Open late most nights! Lexy herself is such a lovely kind hearted woman who goes above and beyond. If you visit Koh Phanghan you have to go here.

Lexy’s is a must visit if you are in Koh Phangan and looking for some late night food. I came here a few times during my stay in Koh Phangan, and she surprised me with a cake for my birthday, she even decorated it with my favourite, oreos and she gave me a flower cut fresh from her garden 💖 When we offered to pay she refused! Lexy told us she used to make pancakes prior to the pandemic but unfortunately the business was suffering so now she just makes late night food. I hope one day when I return I will be lucky enough to try her famous pancakes 😊 I can’t recommend this place enough, definitely a must on your koh phangan bucket list, Lexy is an angel 🫶🏻

A very sweet lady, really put’s in the love and effort. You can see that she likes her job. I suggest! Simple but good food for a nice price. Chose to eat here because it’s open at night time too:)) 220 baht for a burger and pancake with banana and honey

Lexys homemade burgers are the best on the island, made with love and care for delicious food. Good things come to those who wait, and you’ll want to wait for this succulent meal.

Awesome crepes. Crispy on the outside and tasty on the inside. Very nice lady who makes them. Takes a bit of time as everything in Thailand but worth the wait.

I'm so crazy with all the food here! The cheseburger is so so so good. P Lexy is a genius cook and she designs the cute hamburger logo of the restaurant herself! All food is homemade and no MSG <3 The coffee and banana ice cream is also soooo good! Currently (jan 20, 2023) she opens from 4pm - 12am🤩 i'm such a big fan of this place!

The first time I was at lexxy pancakes was in 2015 or 2016. I had the best burger of my life there and couldn't wait to come back. In 2019 I was there again and I was so happy that it was still incredibly high quality and it continued to be a damn good burger. In early 2022 I was back on Koh Phangan and painfully realized that it had closed due to the COVID pandemic. When I was able to meet her anyway, she told me that she might reopen in the next few months. I took her at her word and came back in July. Unfortunately, her store was still closed! I saw her watering flowers and approached her about it. She is an incredibly sweet person and invited me and my friend to come for a burger the next day. I didn't want to inconvenience her, but she insisted. Since she didn't want me to pay for the burger, but I really wanted to pay, we played rock paper scissors. Unfortunately, lexxy won. We had a priceless burger and I would advise everyone on Koh Phangan to eat at her place. She really loves to make burgers and you can taste it! In addition, she is a very sweet sympathetic person. Her store is across the street from Echo Backpacker Hostel. I can't wait to come back to Koh Phangan again, especially for a lexxy.

Cheap place to go for a late night burger. Well worth the money and the owner is very friendly. Check it out if you're on the way back from a party or just have a craving for burgers late at night.

This is the best burger I've had since leaving home. At 100 baht, it couldn't come at a better price. Fresh lettuce and tomatos, as well as grilled onions and a homemade sauce make Lexi's burger absolutely delicious. I plan on going back time and time again while on Koh Phan Gnan. Lexi is also the sweetest woman!
