Came here as a farewell dinner with a missions team and could not be happier. The service was excellent, the food wonderful, and the staff was so accommodating. They even let us turn it into a dance floor after dinner! So much fun- highly recommend!

Amazing experience at the Passport Restaurant! First, the venue is very calming and beautiful, with lots of wood and Karen fabrics. They just reopened in June 2023 after renovation. Second, you feel truly welcomed by the staff. Third, food is incredible! We came for lunch and decided to go again the same evening for the fine dining experience, which is definitely something you should not miss if you are in Maesot. Besides, they also sell bread and bakeries (they even have “chouquettes”!). The baguette is perfect, you can trust me one that as I usually prefer other types of bread. Fourth, the restaurant is actually part of the Hospitality and Catering Training Center, a school that was created to specifically train disadvantaged and minority youngsters in the area. On top of eating scrumptious food, you also participate in this cool project! Last, but not least, they have a corner where they sell handmade Karen art and craft from the NGO Terres Karens, so you can also buy gifts or a little souvenir from them.

The food is delicious and the service is perfect. If you are in Maesot you must go to this excellent restaurant at very reasonable prices, and you are supporting a great project for the students learning there!

The monthly special brunch is an excellent deal. Lots of tasty courses of food in a bright environment. I especially love that it's a training centre, giving people opportunities to better their lives. Will return for sure!

I loved this place. It is a restaurant school, so the students prepare the food and wait at table. It is a bit out of the way, not close to the centre of town, but it was worth the hike. It was reasonably priced and good quality. Go when they have a special banquet planned.

Only open 2 or 3 days a week for dinner and transport is needed! This is a training school the food is very good but not cheap , if you are going to have wine with your meal ( only 2 selections of food per night) bill will be over 500 B each. Also unless you have your own transport its a 100 B + taxi ride each way.
