I've been missing real Vietnamese pho, I finally found a good place. Will visit again soon.

First Bahn Mi I have ever tasted in my life but after seeing a lot of videos in Vietnam I decided to try it. Food is amazing and really delicious. Next to that use of fresh ingredients and good quality beef. coming back here for sure to try the chicken and pork menu set!

VERY DELICIOUS! JJ spring roll is a nice small restaurant next to a very busy road. We visit the place around 18 pm and we were the only ones at the restaurant. The baguettes are fresh and European style. The restaurant has great portions and very great prices. I definitely recommend to visit this place or just take away some great Bahn Mi.

Amazing vietnamese restaurant... It was missing in pattaya. I had the banh mi which the bread was perfectly cooked, perfectly filled (no to much just perfect). Nice pickles and fresh taste of vietnamese sandwiches. Spring roll are just crazy and taste like there as well. All food are actually all homemade and fresh made. I tried everything there and nothing to say just perfect, even less to say when you see the prices which are just so cheap for what they served. They actually much busy and staff are so friendly. They have there own delivery and open 7days/7 from 10am to 10pm. Highly recommend. So far the best vietnamese food I had in thailand. I would even say maybe better than many restaurant in Vietnam but sure the best in thailand.

Good news for people who like Vietnamese food. “JJ Spring Roll” formerly limited to delivery only, has opened a shop on Soi Khao Talo across from Soi 5 and between “Casa España” Spanish restaurant (also worth a visit) and the “Uesome Clothing” shop. There’s a bright green Kasikorn Bank ATM booth directly across the street as a landmark. The menu includes favorites like Banh Mi and Bo Bung noodle bowls with either lemongrass beef/pork or chicken. Fresh and fried spring rolls are the house specialty. I had the lemongrass beef Banh Mi and Bo Bung with pork, both were superb. The baguette for my Banh Mi was toasted just right. The shop is very busy and serves everything in disposable takeout trays and bowls. So, one can bring one’s own microwavable dishware with a cover to take away. This is definitely worth a visit to the Darkside and a plus for Vietnamese cuisine fans. There’s plenty of parking across the street at the Rattanakorn Khao Talo market.

Looking for Beef Pho from Vietnam is hard to find in Pattaya. We found it. We had small bowl of Pho, taste very similar to Vietnam. It would have been nice to choose meat selection. They also have Bahn Mi. The spring rolls are fantastic too.

This place have an amazing food, the sandwiches just perfect !!!! Highly recommended this restaurant 😀😀Drive to east Pattaya it’s worth That 👍👍new sandwich I try, amazing 👍👍

Overall great experience. It's one of the few Vietnamese places that transcends in Pattaya. I've been there 5 times and I would recommend it.
