I have been looking for a good Vietnamese restaurant in Chiang Mai. Around town, I have tried many Vietnamese restaurants, but Banh Mi Hoa is the best I have found. Portions are very large, worth the price. The Banh Mi sub is the best - they use a very tasty, crispy and high quality bread which adds to the deliciousness. I was there when the place was quite busy, yet the service was attentive and efficient. The ambiance is cozy and unique. Plenty of parking. The owner was gracious and attentive and a pleasure to speak with. The location is a little bit off the main road, but Google Maps had no problem with accurate directions. Overall, a great experience. I definitely would recommend it. I will be back to try different dishes.

Great authentic Vietnamese food. Owner is super friendly and easy to chat with. They have outdoor seating and great place to have lunch with your family and friends.

What a great little find. Super friendly and efficient service, lovely quirky little restaurant, and delicious authentic Vietnamese food. My Bahn Mi beef sandwich was quite literally the most delicious sandwich, of any type, that I have ever eaten - and I've eaten a lot of sandwiches! And... decent wine for B650, or byo for B100 corkage. Fantastic. Only open Thursday to Saturday though.

If I could give this place 6 stars I would. First off, It's a beautiful property. Then you meet the staff, who are wonderfully charming. Then comes the food. It is excellent. The best home cooked Vietnamese food you could hope for. Phi you and your wife have a wonderful restaurant. We will be stopping in for another visit very soon.

Authentic vietnamese Pho and Banh mi. Delicious foods and super friendly owner.. Vietnamese iced coffee also very delicious. Highly recommend this restaurant of you like to have good vietnamese foods.

Great Vietnamese egg Coffee, shaking Beef & Great Grilled Pork Sausage (Nem Nuong) and Pho beef. All fresh made, even own bakery for Bahn Mi. Very kind Vietnamese and Thai people and relaxed atmosphere. Vietnamese, Thai, English speaking. Highly recommended.

An easy 5 stars! Food was amazing, hands down the most authentic Vietnamese here in Chiang Mai (I'm Viet Aussie). We had nem nuong and Banh Mi chicken, ingredients were fresh and portions generous. Food was packed very well for takeaway, when we had it hours later, they looked and tasted just as good. Service was top notch. The owner was friendly, considerate and helpful. There's also a cute playful dog onsite outside the restaurant. Highly recommended!

We tried as many dishes as the two of us could handle, and all I can say is fantastic! Great taste, great portions and very enjoyable. Service is impeccable. The beef is wonderful. Coffee imported from Vietnam is excellent. Can't wait to go back. Banh Mi is one of the best I've ever had, and I've had many in many different countries including Vietnam. Thanks for making our lunch a memorable one. 😁
