I was very nervous when I first booked to do my Fit to Fly PCR test at Pulse, as I knew nothing about the clinic, but they replied so quickly via whatsapp that I felt a little less nervous. Also the other positive reviews helped as well. I was extremely happy with the overall experience. They are amazing. The staff we so friendly and helpful. They answered every question and so promptly. Once the result came through I printed it at my hotel and it was accepted by Thai Air with no question. Although the place to do the test in is under construction, everything went perfectly well. I did my test at 930 and had my result by 1pm the next day. I messaged them after 24hrs to double check. We recommend this place 100% as it was hard for us to find a Certified place to do a PCR test to fly back to Australia with the relevant documents that the Australian government need it we called PULSE CLINIC in PHROMPHONG and were lucky enough to have a receptionist who talked very good English and understood exactly what we needed we made an appointment within five minutes of speaking to her over the phone and arrive the next day for our test. The service was unbelievable we were greeted with respect and they went through everything that they were going to do for us they translated our paperwork into English and within 24hrs we received the test results all this was included in the price.Our daughter was really worried as every time she got a nasal swab she would get a nose bleed because they pushed it too hard the nurse was so careful and gentle and all we have to say is thank you pulse clinic and staff you’re amazing and we recommend you highly 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

Convenient location near Phrom Pong BTS skytrain. Staffs were so kind and helpful. The doctor were so informative and calm that you can ask as much as you like. The clinic is not so crowded and reasonable price.

Honestly, skeptical at first but every thing from the booking to the results, everything is a bliss... The staff is so helpful and responsive for booking or answering any questions. The doctor is super sweet and helpful, make every conversation at ease and comfortable to talk about it. Location super convenient, if you get lost, I would ask how lol
