I wish I can give 0 star review. They have literally no skill to deal with any emergency, while they try to be responsible. I just had a really bad experience with them - Island hopping was poorly managed which basically resulted in a whole day waiting for more than 2 hours on mini van and speedboat. They chose to wait for unreturned passengers for more than 1 hour while keeping the rest of group floating on the boat by the shore. One of the old ladies passed out due to unknown reasons during the speedboat trip (she seemed to faint as a result of boat jumping through bumpy waves). To ensure her safety, the majority of passengers chose to return to Phuket and drop the last bit (Khai Island)of this packaged tour. However, after the tour guide informed that whoever wants to go off the boat can return to their hotels and the rest will remain on boat and continue their trip return to Khai Island. Unfortunately, when the first group of peoplr disembarked from the boat (more than 16 ppl), the Transport drivers refuse to take them back to the hotel and insist that everyone needs to wait until the group came back from Khai Island. This appears to be a fraud to me, despite potential miscommunication between the tour guide and the transport drivers. People chose to come back to Phuket without visiting Khai Island because the tour guide understood the importance of the safety of passengers and the emergency situation that occured. It's very disappointing that the tour guide promised the early return trip to hotel for those who chose to get off the boat earlier for supporting the fainted lady, but it ended up with having to wait for everyone coming back from Khai Island and becoming the last ones to leave the pier. No one askes for refund but just wanted to go back to hotel until waiting for another hour. Very disappointing experience

a superb day on the water with magnificent landscapes and a competent and very pleasant staff. I appreciated everything except the behavior of some (Russian) customers.... I will keep very fond memories of it. Thanks again. definitely worth it.

The Phi Phi island speed boat tour with the tour company Dolce Vita starts from here. At the pier, the guide will tell you that you cannot board the boat or set foot on the beaches unless you buy 'beach shoes' (available at 250 BHT at the pier, of course). You will be required to pay a 'national park fee' (400 TBH) in addition to what you have paid for the tour, though you will not be allowed on the Maya Beach. Seas are rough (we were told 3 m high waves), the ride was shaky and bumpy, and it is difficult for some passengers to withstand it. But no warning is given before you board except a casual inquiry whether anyone with backache or pregnancy. You are also not told beforehand that, to get to Maya Beach from Pi Leh Bay (Pi Leh Lagoon), you are require to hire a long tailed boat at 400 TBH per head or a private boat at 5000 TBH. The tour is from 11 am to 6.30 pm, but you are rushed at every 'stop'. When you return to the pier you are thankful to all Thai Gods for being able to come back alive, but feel deceived and cheated! If your idea of the Phi Phi island tour is relaxed sightseeing, consider going for a private tour.

Reached here through the travel desk of Ibis. The transfer was arranged in a non AC mini van whose temperature was 34 degree and everyone was sweating like hell which spoiled the whole mood of the tour. He had no idea where he was supposed to take us to and kept going through all wrong routes in that oven for close to 2 hours. In the very beginning, they will try to scare you of coral bites and will push you to buy shoes etc from their shop- never buy. Let me tell you that they have some association with a Russian tour company and more than 70 percent of the crowd here is generally Russian. They have English speaking guides too who handled the show pretty well. While exiting, we had misplaced a rubber hand band which they give for identification for which they kind of tried to forcefully charge THB 100 (would’ve happily given the money as top, but the way they handled it couldn’t be accepted) In general, a decent one- that’s it. Better to opt for something online.

We booked the 5 Island Speed boat Tour. Mass tourism pure, we were told to buy beach shoes for 250Baht - not needed at all! Snacks and drinks were poor and all places we visited too crowded! Our van for way back home did not show up and we (6 different couples) from different hotels stand there without any information. We were told for 3 times in 5 minutes someone will pick us up. It took 1 hour in the dark in middle of nowhere.
