The
ambiance
is
quite
as
anticipated
–
a
tad
warm
and
the
seating
is
somewhat
cramped.
Service
aligns
with
expectations,
or
rather
the
lack
thereof,
as
it
barely
extends
beyond
food
delivery.
Language
barriers
add
an
extra
layer
of
challenge,
as
the
staff's
English
proficiency
is
limited.
Fortunately,
they've
thoughtfully
set
up
banners
showcasing
the
menu,
catering
to
those
unfamiliar
with
their
language
(three
options
in
total).
Now,
let's
delve
into
the
heart
of
the
matter
–
the
food.
Regrettably,
the
culinary
offerings
and
their
quality
fall
notably
short.
The
taste
lingers
just
beneath
the
acceptable
standard,
leaving
a
lukewarm
impression.
A
particular
misstep
involves
the
Pork
Knuckle,
which
appears
to
have
met
its
fate
in
the
boiling
depths
of
the
soup
or
sauce.
This
overcooking,
spurred
on
by
the
high
temperature,
renders
the
once
promising
lean
meat
completely
desiccated
and
lacking
succulence.
On
the
brighter
side,
the
more
gelatinous
parts,
geared
toward
those
who
savor
that
melt-in-the-mouth
sensation,
do
manage
to
deliver
on
this
front.
As
for
my
personal
take,
I
find
myself
inclined
to
give
this
a
pass.
The
shortcomings
in
culinary
execution,
combined
with
the
rather
challenging
seating
and
language
aspects,
tip
the
scales
unfavorably.
It's
an
experience
that
doesn't
quite
resonate
with
my
taste
preferences,
leading
me
to
explore
other
dining
options
instead.
