I do not know how it was before, but after the renovation, the staff became angrier. You can't visit a cold pool after a sauna, for this a stern woman will watch over you until you thoroughly wash yourself and what's the point of a cold pool. I do not know what dirty and unseemly persons you let in earlier. But the attitude is disappointing. Also, a woman from the staff boldly said that if you don't like it, you can leave and never come back. Superior service, what to say I also tried to order earl gray black tea. I was brought a kettle for 4 people with 1 tea bag. tea was as if previously used or 1 bag is not enough for a teapot of this size. on the request to add 1 more bag, I was offered to pay another 100 baht!!

I used to be often there. The food is very good and the place really nice (little bit expensive, 400 baht for a grilled chicken). Since a few weeks it’s getting full at evening, what’s no problem. But it’s a lot of Russian people, that talk really loud, even in the sauna, and act inside, like they are alone. Also one of the staff (small one, that seems to manage) is very unfriendly. She is really stressed and working a lot, that I appreciate, but she is totally stressed and let that feel the customer. A smile at the end does not really help. Good advise: talk to her, she is good but unfriendly and change the music, it’s not a club.

Frankly, I am stunned. A truly gorgeous place for some quality recreation. Cheerful staff, clean & modern facilities, reasonable prices, amazing pools and a great sauna with Himalayan salt. 100% worth a visit!

Nice spot to relax and spend a day in Koh Samui. The facilities look new and are well maintained - didn’t get to try the food but from what I saw others eating it looked to be good. In my opinion I found the steam room to be a lot hotter than most others I have experienced but not a huge deal.

Great atmosphere and delicious food! They have 3 different pools and 2 different saunas which we loved! Also an ice bath for those who dare! We also had a hour and a half massage which was incredible! Super friendly staff! And all for a fair price! Highly recommended

Best sauna on the island with the most caring staff and hospitable owners. Food selection is great. Have ice bath, cold and hot plunge pool, and the steam room is very hot, just perfect.

We spend our Christmas in Amba and it was the best experience! We are from Finland and really craved for a Christmas sauna and got to have it here <3 we had a 90 minute massage which was really relaxing and then enjoyed our day in the sauna, steam room and the pools! The ice bath was also incredible. We had dinner and electrolyte coconuts to drink. I really recommend this place to everyone who wants to chill and relax!
