😐 The food is delicious but it's very hard to justify the price, which btw does not even include a rice, noodle, or vegetable (?!). They did not even have any kind of combo meal option. So if you want an actual full meal, you have to buy each item separately at these high prices. I could see why they... People often mention rice,

Ordered a pick up order from here. Great prawn toast, decent spring rolls. Prawn crackers were also good. General Tso’ Chicken was disappointing. The chicken wasn’t crispy and the sauce was a bit too sweet. It was very pale looking in comparison to the website photos. Ordered egg fried rice with it and the rice was quite dry and not very enjoyable. The stir fried broccoli tasted like it had been microwaved instead and was very watery. Chicken in Black bean sauce was very average, not a lot of depth to the flavours. Had high hopes for this place after seeing all of the good reviews and was sadly disappointed. Maybe it’s better if you eat there rather than takeaway.

So if you want an actual full meal, you have to buy each item separately at these high prices. I could see why they were almost totally empty when I went due to this. Food was great but overall experience can't really justify more than 3 stars. Need to offer more to justify the price.

It was western Chinese like I had never had before. A few mates and I ordered five different things, and overall the food was very unique. To just name a few standouts, the General Tso’s was sweet; egg fried rice and Kung Pai chicken were bland with no taste. I won't ramble on, but I was very disappointed. It will fill you up, but it's not worth the money.

These guys offer some great Chinese Food, a real taste from home. The flavours and recipes and bang on the same as your Chinese Takeaway restaurants. Whether you're on holiday or an expat it's well worth a visit.

We had vegan ready plant based takeout and absolutely loved it! The ribs and sweet and sour are currently our favourite dishes having eaten at a range of fabulous vegan restaurants. We highly recommend Wokstar! It’s a vegan’s dream!

First time we have ordered from here. Great food, plenty of it and brings back a memory of home. Will be a regular for sure.

Ive been missing greasy chinese food for over a decade. Sweet and sour sauce was perfect, lemon chicken was great, monglolian beef wasnt what i was expecting but absolutely delicious, sechuan pork the flavours were there but id say need to be more intense, fried rice was a bit bland (i added salt at home).... closest try at western chinese food ive had in Thailand. Be prepared to wait. I hope it only gets better from here as it was really solid... dare I say maybe MSG will intesify the flavours. I only had one pork dish but it seemed it was velvetted/silkified (tendorized) which most places neglect.

We had the Kung Pao Tofu and the Sweet and Sour Tofu. We loved the flavors, the kids did too. We asked for not spicy and it really was not spicy which is a big plus. They added a separate chili sauce which was so so good. I give only 4 stars because it wasn’t clear the food doesn’t come with rice (especially considering the price) AND because we didn’t get any fortune cookies.
