I highly recommend this company. Not only they found exactly the house I was looking for at a fair price but, even after the contract was signed, they continued to provide an excellent service. The house had stayed empty for two years and they were extremely supportive during all the remediation work. They even provided me full assistance with all the paperwork I needed to get my visa. They really deserve their five stars.

I often dealt with Siam Real Estate in both Bangkok and Phuket branches for my clients. They are very good, fast response, and professional. Their staff can speak and communicate in both Thai and English so well.

They also helped me with my visa paperwork. They are chill and smart. No hard sell - no mucking about. At times I really appreciated how reasonable they were but when I needed them to go to bat for me - WOW! They DO NOT take the landlords side. Not that I had a problem per se but I needed help with the villa I rented and they did not run away. In fact, I had to ask them to not worry so much about me. Now I'm happy, landlord is happy and I have a great deal on a villa. Not a big review person but this time I felt I had to take the time. Thanks Siam for being there for me.
