Often, you ask boneless duck, and they give you with bones. You insist that you want no bones, they give you with fewer bones, but still with several small bones ... Not good ! disappointing. Used to be good the first month's after the opening, but they must have replaced the good workers with bad workers, after the opening period has ended. Also, look at the photo of the stewed duck: the reality compared with the photo on the menu: completely different, very disappointing.....

I ordered the duck breast from the menu, which I expected to be a large and satisfying dish. However, when it arrived, I found that it was mostly skin and small pieces with tofu hidden underneath. one of the famous and best hainanese chicken rice from Singapore. haven't been back to sg for a very long time. great to be able to savor on this dish in Thailand. chicken is tender and juicy, the skin is superbly cooked with a q texture. goes very well with the soy sauce based sauce. the chicken also goes very well with the chili sauce and garlic ginger paste. the chicken rice is flavorful and rice grains cooked just right. service is speedy. staff are attentive and polite.

Decent local chicken rice, roasted pork, roast duck, pork rib soup should be good option for your lunch or dinner at Icon Siam. The space is pretty much small compared to other branches and you can feel some local street food vibe with the crowd.

Very disappointing. I ordered Singaporean small chicken rice dish. The dish looked superficially good but actually there were only a few pieces of chicken over a big heap of cucumber slides. They are no different than other chicken rice shops. Safe your money and go somewhere else. The service is a meh.

I had the roasted duck 🦆. It was absolutely delicious similar to what I had in Hong Kong. Very affordable at 380 baht. Also the Fish Maw soup was good Great restaurant here at the mall

Glad to find BTK here in Bangkok! Great food and the consistency of quality, from the basic fragrance and taste of the humble chicken rice to the many comfort food choices. Great job and thank for making it value for money during this S inflationary times.

Wrong decision to eat here, all foods we ordered are tasteless. This is the worst foods we ever eat in Thailand, service also a bit slow. Need almost 20 mnt for serving the shrimp fried rice which is tasteless, not recommended.
