My first try for therapy here. Therapist and staff are very helpful and informative. The place is clean and parking space is provided, but traffic is worse during weekends. I’d better come back on weekdays next time.

I came to the clinic with tension headache and tense upper body muscles. After Luxe package, i feel instantly better. I love the massage at the end too. Will come back again.

I did a first time shockwave and PNS therapy here. I had a hamstring and piriformis muscle injury. I would caution everyone to do more research before attempting this form of treatment as the first treatment I did on Dec 1 left me with increased tingling sensations on my hands and left outer thigh. Initially I only had a muscle injury and minor tingling sensations in my buttock, but after the first time shockwave and piriformis treatment here on Dec 1 2023, my hands started tingling even more. Additionally, my left outer thigh started tingling in a different and more painful way than before. After I informed the clinic that I had increased sensations, the therapist called me back to do a checkup. During the check up they did not find anything other than saying that the hand sensations are not linked to my legs and that this is abnormal. They called me back to do another checkup with a doctor, who ruled out bone injury and recommended me to monitor symptoms for another month. While I appreciate the checkup and follow up, I am now left with more sensations in my injury, I can’t recommend this treatment to anyone. Also the promo price of this first time treatment at fresh clinic is contingent on a positive review of the clinic. Hence, all reviews here are inaccurate and does not fully reflect the truth but rather a way for them to get a discount on their treatment.

Came in a little late yet they accommodated me and went through the therapy of Ultra Sound, Shockwave and finally the laser. Felling a lot better than when I arrived here. Will go through the process again tomorrow and hopefully I will be done. Recommend the place very much.
