if you find a new taste, you should try. quite yummy.

After trying some beef noodles and braised port rice, the flavors didn’t quite much the Taipei or Taiwan style. The taste of food was still not bad, more in the Thai way. However, It wasn’t completely capture the original hometown flavor. Also, the decor on the wall used Simplified Chinese, not Traditional Chinese, which didn’t confirm this store’s self-positioning. It is like a man who is trying to pretend someone he is not.

Stir-fried chicken with chilli is recommended. The tastes contrast with the look, many dishes seem red and extremely hot, but the tastes are not that spicy.

Mild Taiwanese food. The taste is not bad at all. The foods quite moderate and mild. I like Siquan dumpling. The others is not so much impressive. The car park and restaurant space is quite big and clean.

A spacious and casual Taiwanese restaurant. We ordered minced pork noodle (dry), fried rice, stir fried string beans with mala chillies and dumpling soup. There are other dishes we wanted to order. They ran out of xiao long bao when we went. Food tasted good. You can also order shabu soup. The wall drawings of Taiwanese culture are nice. There are also plenty of parking spaces. One point to improve: toilet cleanliness.

After having lived in Taiwan for over a decade, my family and I were thrilled to find Taipei Kitchen just around the corner from our new home. We’ve sampled most of their dishes at this point and have yet to be disappointed. The only small suggestion I’d offer is for them to lessen the influence of Thai chilis in their tofu and other dishes. It takes away from the authentic flavors of Taiwanese cuisine, which they do very well.

Good Taiwanese foods, their homemade noodles an tofu are undeniable. Must try!
