Popular Mala Chinese Hot Pot from Singapore to Bangkok. The restaurant is pretty spacious, round table available for big group but the chair’s position is too low. Hence, you need to stand up most of the time. Recommend tomato, Mala and collagen soup. Squid ball is not as good as the original one.

Enjoyed thoroughly with the hot pot and their selections from soups to foods and condiments. Very impressed on my first time visit here. The soups were all very interesting with concept yet very delicious, and the foods from meat to vegetables were fresh. I would recommend for sure for those craving and enjoy Chinese style hot pot. Despite all of this, I have to say that their mala soup felt a little watered down compared to other places like CQK or Hai Di Lao. Perhaps they would want to fit the concept of healthier hot pot experience, so the chilli oil or salt were not applied as much. Overall, a very positive experience. I was happy with this dinner and the attentive service.

The restaurant is really beautiful. Feel like living in the novel due to the decoration and staff uniform. The staff willing to help but Hai Di Lao a bit more well trained service. (7/10) The soup is amazing highly recommend to try: Tomato soup and Collagen soup. You can design your own sauce. A bit pricey and there is no membership

The soup here is amazing! My recommendation is to get a clean bowl to try each soup by itself first, before adding in other hotpot ingredients. All ingredients are fresh and environment is clean (no greasy feeling at all!). Price although is a bit to the upside.

Premium hotpot from Singapore in Rama 9 area located in Somerset Rama 9 Hotel. Varieties of soups to choose eg. Collagen, Coconut, Tomato. Nice assorted pork tower if you are a big fan of pork. I highly recommend Brown Spotted Grouper Fish, it comes in a whole fish and these are extremely fresh. What I like about this restaurant is its reservation system which messages are sent for confirmation and a reminder on the date.

Good quality ingredients. Expensive meat is so tender. Soup is good flavors. But quite expensive. We went 3 people, our bill was 6000++
