A clean sauna with fitness and weightlifting machines. There are three pools, one of which is cold pool. The other pools are hot but there is heat difference between them. The sauna and steam room are quite nice. The toilet and showers are clean. The food service is okay. The car park is available in front of the sauna.

Very nice sauna, the facilities (sauna, steam, hot and ice pools) are better than others in Bangkok. Unlimited tea (namm cha) and fruit bowl. Very big sauna room, 3 pools with different temperatures. The cold pool is salted (not chlorinated). I’ve found occasionally the staff can be tricky, but usually there’s a good vibe. Price is great and the membership gives a pretty good discount; they do special offers throughout the year (Songkran, new year, etc).
