Beautiful condo and all but the building is falling into pieces. I’ve been here only 2 months and had the workers “fixing” (because they never do their job properly) things in 6 occassions. Several times over the smallest thing but, because they do the bare minimum, it kept breaking. The people at the main entrance never do their job actively that is only; click a button to open the door/raise the barrier. I always have to wait or scream to get their attention because they don’t do their one and only job. Pretty disappointed but I guess this is what happens when you don’t visit the place before renting it. Oh well. Anyways, don’t recommend 👎🏻

Old but reasonably good condo. Building noise from the previous location of the old British Embassy is a major problem and has been for over a year, it is NEVER peaceful and goes on for 12 hours per day. The swimming pool is large but is mostly covered with literally just one grubby sunbed that looks like it’s never been cleaned. Location is OK and there is a free shuttle throughout the day from 7am to 6:30pm that runs a circuit from to the BTS crossroads then to Central Chidlom and back. Traffic is an absolute PITA though as it’s always either jammed or super jammed! Often very hard to get a taxi as they try to avoid the area. Building is showing its age now and there are frequent plumbing related problems with the stink of sewage coming in to many rooms when the pumps in front of the building fail, the windows outside are also never cleaned, unlike The Park opposite where they are cleaned every 4-6 months. Strangely, the condo has nowhere to wash your own car or bike. You also need to be VERY careful which way your unit faces and / or where your windows will open too as there is the large canal / khlong that runs across the back of the condo and a smaller one that runs down the side. With the combination of the boats running up and down the big canal and the purge water valves being opened there is a very strong smell like raw sewage at numerous times of day and that smell will enter your unit through the windows or even the aircon. It’s ok, rooms are a good size, some better than others, but overall, for the money I think there’s better.

The current juristic company allow construction to take place for well over a year. I have been subjected to loud drilling and hammering construction noise from the room above. This has gone on for over a year now. Juristic has done nothing to help stop the noise. They do not inform residents of the upcoming renovations. If your unfortunate enough to be next to a room being renovated expecting very loud noise. Would not rent here again.

Central of Bangkok ,less 5mins walk to Central Chidlom and Central Embassy.Quite jam of traffic , have to take bts instead.

A classy place with beautiful apartments and reasonable rent prices. Located a bit far from the BTS but the transportation is readily available on request. Nice pool, too.

I live in this condo and it feels really great as the staff welcomes and greets you every time and is very helpful. Also this place has a swimming pool, gym, sauna and steam bath which are very useful.

Location is the best in Bangkok across the street from The Park Chidlom arguably the best condominium in all of Bangkok and home of the super elite of Thailand..
