Nice place. It was a rainy day in Chiang Rai. We were worried about wasting one day here. But decided to go to this place. Nice weather. We were in clouds. Coffee taste very nice. Nature beautiful. But people who don’t enjoy nature might think why climb up a mountain (by car) and waste time only to drink a cup of coffee!!! Coffee was certainly nice but the journey was excellent.

I went to the Doi Chang Coffee shop/café at Doi Chang Coffee farm (there are multiple Doi Chang cafés around Chiang Rai and other places in Thai land) to have a coffee/a meal. The coffee shop/Café is a beautiful place and tastefully decorated. There are lots of water features and the surrounding garden area is beautiful and relaxing. When we entered the café, there were 3 ladies behind the counter, but no one moved out of that area to come to us. We went to the counter to check the food/drinks menu and order but none of the service personal was that much interested looking after us (although my friend was speaking to them in Thai). At the time of our visit, there were no other customers. It could be that they were thinking why we are coming to disturb them. The food menu was rather disappointing. There was almost no Thai food in the menu. Most of the items were western food items such as burger, French fires etc. Why can’t they offer a combination of Thai and western food? Afterall this is a café in Thailand. The coffee (iced Cappuccino a cake) was great.

This farm is nice! We had coffee at the cafe and then took a short walk around the plantation and visit their coffee drying area. The cafe is comfortable and the staff are friendly. They do not do pour-over coffee at this place; they have espresso-based drinks. Walking around the plantation was pleasant.

The farm itself was beautiful, but I was missing some explanation, someone who spoke English who would take us around and explained the process. We just walked around, saw the cafe, mill, coffee trees (looking very dry) and the drying station. But the air and the area were great.

I really enjoyed seeing this coffee farm and I would have rated it 5 stars but the tour advertises a visit to a coffee University but mostly it was just a visitor shop to look around. I did, however, really enjoy visiting and seeing how they made the coffee. After trying much coffee in Thailand this is some of the finest coffee Thailand has to offer.

You must try if you are coffee lovers. Staff & Service is good. They are many choice of coffee.☕️☕️☕️

The coffee and tea were very nice. We also bought some roasted and PB green beans here. The owner was a very pleasant person who I met a year ago and immediately recognized me. The green beans I bought in my ealier visit was great with very nice taste.

Very chill environment at the cafe and tried hand drip of their specialty coffee. Would love to visit their coffee field and facilities but was told it’s not open to public.
