My wife and I stayed for our honeymoon in Patong Beach. Owner was very helpful with suggestions and let us use his car during our stay. We hope to return next year when we can make time. It was the best experience!

I recently finished a 6 month stay at PHV condo. It was a great experience and I loved it gave me a home type feel. Condo was in great condition and the complex and pool area are well maintained and look great! The staff working there were always pleasant, helpful and very friendly which made the stay very easy and worry free. If I decide to stay in Patong again I would choice to stay at PHV condo. We lived in PHV Condo for 4 month and have only positive emotions. We lived with friends and 2 children and our appartments were spacios, clean an had everything for comfortable living. Big balcony is our love) Scott helped us with everything we asked for, all technical problems were solved in 1 day, cleaning was done each week, washing machine in our appartments helped us to avoid laundry visits. Also we were given a parking space on closed parking territory. All PHV team was friendly and helpful. Also I want to point on good community - all our multinational neighbours were nice and we never had promblems with noise, loud music, etc. Main and children pools are clear, gym is also in good condition. One of the buildings has a beautiful view on Patong harbour. Monthly bills for electricity and water weren't big. There is no noise of road and Patong, by the way you need just 10 minutes to reach main Patong street, where you can find everything you need. PHV Condo was a great experince. Beautiful modern apartment with lots of windows. The building was well maintained. A security guard and electronic gates made you feel secure. Huge pool! Good pool furniture. Good location to Patong Beach. By motorbike, 5 minutes to beach. Coran and Kata Beach 10 to 15 minutes.

Great stay, far away from the chaos in Patong, you can find peace here, and apartment are comfortable and spacious!

Very cozy, nice, quiet place, new furniture 👍🏼, gym, swimming pool, children’s pool, best staff! 15 minutes walk to the beach.

My wife and I stayed here for 7 years. You couldnt find a better place to stay in Patong, far enough away from the tourist strip, but close enough for easy access to shops, supermarkets, beach and everything else Patong has to offer. A special thanks to Scott and Jay for making our stay most enjoyable, any problems were immediately fixed, or repaired. I would highly recommend Patong Harbor View for short or long term rentals.

Probably the best place I stayed in Patong, and I've been staying in Patong each year since 2014. It's in the quiet area of Patong, so you would surely have your peace of mind here. Great size pool, and common space. Apartments are nicely decorated, equipped and comfy. Building is very well maintained, you can easily see that staff here takes good care of entire place and all the guests. There is always someone around if you need anything, everyone is very friendly and helpful. Thank you one more for wonderful stay
