We had to wait after we arrived, the place is hot and look suspicious like they don’t know what they are doing I tried the IV drip and the needle brozed and it’s heart also i dont know what went wrong but I couldn’t finish it coz it’s just stopped dripping, I wouldn’t recommend it

Do NOT engage with this clinic. They are a bunch of thieves who are dishonest, unprofessional and cannot be trusted. This clinics strategy is to lie and cheat foreigners into paying absurd amounts of money for procedures which I do not believe they are equipped to carry out. From reading previous negative reviews of people who went ahead and paid these prices ended up dissatisfied. Originally I booked with this clinic at the beginning of the year on the basis of an official quote given at 85,000 baht. I have this in writing in several emails and was agreed and confirmed on with a consultation and even the procedure booked in for December. Around 4 - 5 months or so later I then emailed again to confirm the dates of consultation and procedure / pricing etc. They emailed back confirming the appointment but then tried to tell me the pricing that was originally agreed on was now something ridiculous like 200,000 baht which is more than double the price and not even a price that one would pay in New Zealand, an expensive country. After I made it clear to them I was not going to proceed and forwarded the emails of agreed pricing they then come back and explained that there had been a misunderstanding and they had accidentally sent me the wrong pricing for another procedure they would I was also interested in. They confirmed the original agreed price and procedure and said they would honour this.. we gave them the benefit of the doubt and put it down to a miscommunication via email so we then booked our flights for Bangkok. A day or so before we were supposed to fly out to Bangkok, I emailed them again confirming I would be arriving as planned and discussed timing with them. They emailed me back telling me that they had my details and appointment confirmed but now their promotional pricing had suddenly “ended” and I would now have to pay 180,000 baht. I immediately cancelled my appointment and consider myself very lucky to have dodged a bullet - thank god I hadn’t paid any deposit or proceeded with them. These people are thieves and cannot be trusted with money let alone the services they provide. Avoid! Upon reading their recent positive reviews they all appear to be “new” accounts, clearly fake. This clinic should be shut down.

Quoted 22,000 baht per cc of American brand filler, ie 175,000 for 8 cc injected into bone. I didn't go ahead as that's outrageous. I had Ultherapy for 65,000 baht which gave a good result however the doctor and nurse were laughing out loud the whole time. I won't be back! Reading some of the reviews (now, wish I had before) it seems to me some are fake, written by friends or bought.

The cryotherapy facility here was a great experience. The staff provided guidance and talked about the short and long term benefits. The rooms are well maintained and they go in with you if it is your first time. Afterwards you feel rejuvenated, energized, and I noticed my knee pain was reduced. Highly recommend trying it.

I came here for laser hair removal with the Alexandrite machine in 2019 and did not see great results. I didn't understand why until I decided to try it again here in Canada and was shocked at how effective (and painful!!) it is. I barely felt anything at Apex. They use an extremely low setting so that you don't feel any pain, but this means you don't get any results! I spent 50000 thb for a pretend laser hair removal regimen, where they point the laser and press the button but nothing comes out into your skin. They probably want you to keep paying and coming for more and more sessions. The staff were also inexperienced with very high turnover. My "international consultant" quit as well as 2 laser techs during the time I was going for treatments (about 3 months) This clinic is fake and not worth the money. To avoid!!!

I had laser hair removal and it was not effective at all. After you get the treatment, you are supposed to shed hair in a few days and that only barely happened. I can see that there is random shedding here and there but mostly as if I have not had any laser at all. I had similar treatment in Turkey and had the 100% shedding. The procedure in Turkey took a lot longer and it was more painful compare to what I had in Apex. So in short, do not waste your money here for laser hair removal.
