Thailand Pool Tables is world class. I’ve been wanting to own a pool table for years and these guys were great help from the start to finish. Selecting table, cloth, accessories, sizing, arranging delivery, hauling all the materials, expert assembly/leveling, and cleanup on the way out. Complete white glove service. Seriously would recommend them to anyone in the market.

Although I don’t live in Thailand but when I wanted to get a decent cue for playing pool and few other stuffs I reached out them through their Facebook page. The service I received was fantastic. It took me more than few days to wrap up my choices and stuffs. These people are so humble and patient with my constant queries and requirements. While they asked me to visit their website which is very much user friendly but at the same time they kept on helping with answers and suggestions on their Facebook messenger continuously. I am delighted with the interaction I experienced which shopping my stuffs from their outlet via online. I highly recommend Thailand Pool Tables if you wish to grab a cue or accessories. Next time when I’ll be visiting BKK I will definitely pay them a visit for their class of customer service. They deserve a treat from me. They did the package as per my suggestions and delivered to my requested address in BKK. From their it flew to my country and I received the package in pristine condition! Good company to deal with. Had a problem with the pool table order, but they resolved the problem by giving an up graded table for no extra cost. in my opinion a company is judge how good they are when things go wrong. the installation was faultless and great care was taken to make sure tne table was perfectly level. I know there is a satellite location in Pattaya but made the trip to Bangkok as this location has everything and I was shopping for a foosball table. Great customer service by Fresh helped make the right choice and couldn’t be happier. The delivery service was excellent. I appreciate care provided by the service team to insure our setup was perfect. It was well worth the trip to meet Fresh and see all they have to offer. I also enjoyed trying the pinball machines. ;-) p.s. come play with us on this beautiful table at Sweeties Bar on Soi 13/1 in Pattaya.
