Wouldn't recommend using them, they charged twice the price for a van ride from Chumphon to Bangkok because "there was a new law that only allows a maximum of 5 people per van" when we were 10 people so they told us they had to arrange a new van. Of course, to make the best business out of it, everybody had to pay again for the new van. Very rude in my opinion.

This is a great place to get tickets booked or hang out while waiting for the boat/train. The staff are friendly, honest, and very helpful. Most of the staff speak English, and all live in the area so can give you great recommendations about where to go or what to do. I love the bread here, so any meal you get that includes the 'olive oil bread' is sure to be a winner. They also have cheap rooms which are great if you want to have a nap and shower while waiting for your connections, or bigger rooms with air con if you want to stay the night. They also offer baggage drop, motorbike rentals, local tour bookings, and more.

The most uncomfortable ride ever. We had to change 3 minivans with long gap between them after reaching chumphon on the way to Bangkok . The driver was also stopping very frequently in between picking people up and dropping them wherever they wanted. I was seated at the back and it had very less leg space so was stuck there for about 8 hrs. Lomprayah charges less than and is very convenient. Fame yours charges ridiculously for the bad service they provide

This service provider does exactly what it says that it will do. In that respect you can trust them. But if you can book your tickets yourself by going to the train station or going to a regular bus station you get a better deal. Fame tours charges a very high price for its service. And the expression saying “wheeling and dealing “ Says it all.

We had a great experienced in Chumphon, peoples are so friendly. All staff from Fram Tours & Service very friendly and helpful. We were on the Minibus from the Airport to City, The driver, his name Mr. Mac. He is very nice and very helpful. He also explained about Chumphon with us as a good guide. Thank you so much. We definitely come back to Chumphon again.

The travel agency of choice in Chumphon. Has everything you need - WiFi, coffee, food, tickets & tours. I booked Lomprayah to Koh Tao with them and was happy with what they charged. Only a little bit more than regular fare and a taxi was included. Food is quite pricey and medium quality but it’s convenient to eat there. Service was ok.

A lot of stops at restaurants they have contracts with, the air in the vans got really bad after a few hours even with air con.. The driver was friendly and the pick up was at 6.20 instead of 7.00 after the night boat. Which was quite pleasant!
