Unbelievably unfriendly. Not helpful at all and not willing to help/sell their own stuff. 2 stars because they have a good variety of electronic products and accessories.

I have a Samsung S20 that was showing a constant 'moisture in USB port' warning, leading me to be unable to charge the phone. I took the phone to the shop in the morning and they replaced the USB port and I picked up the phone between 7pm and 8pm the same day. No problems and prompt service.

Most items are priced well above retail and they charge 7% for card payments which is well above what they need to charge. I’d be happy to pay a higher price if you got a good service, but unfortunately the staff were pretty rude too.

I got one chargar for my Macbook and they got us the power adapter and the cable, “original” from Apple. When arrived at home it didn’t work, we came back to change them and we got our money back for the cable as we found another cable cheaper in another place and she told us that was the problem. After trying for second time, the power adapter stop working after 2. We came back again to claim for the refund of it and she started to shout that she had to double check another time with the laptop. We came back for fourth time with the laptop and and she saw the power adapter didn’t work. She started to shout to get away of the shop, treating us really bad. She just got a part of our money back and when we asked for the rest she get us off the shop. Bad experience, worse service

I’ve never been “helped” by someone with such a lack of interest. Doesn’t look up from her phone when you walk in, doesn’t look up from it when you’re talking, not when you’re paying.

Last day at koh tao I had to fix my phone before i would leave to surat thani. They helped me for a good price and very fast

Amazing service! Less then 2 hours my screen was absolutely smashed and blacked out! And now back in perfect condition would highly recommend :)

Really rude lady working, very arrogant and the best is that they sell fake iphones!! I checked 2 serial number and both fake and she got angry because I wanted to check lol
