If I can I would give this place 10/5 stars. I'm absolutely in love with this place. For me personally, I want to say it's the best hotel stay I've ever had. It hits all the sweet spots: it's homey, simple, cheap, and clean. The wonderful staff is lovely and make you feel so comfy, safe, and right at home. There's nothing more I can want from a stay. I think I'm never staying anywhere else from now on when I visit Chiang Mai. ♥ This is a Thai style service apartment that offers monthly leases or day rates. Regulars staying here are usually university students, or doctors and nurses at the nearby hospital. I stayed here for one month. I found this place through a Thai rental website, and chose it because the pictures look well-maintained, clean, and safe. It also has great location, within walking distance to the old city, the hip Nimman District, and is just across the street from Central Kard Suan Kaew. When I actually arrived, I was absolutely blown away by the value and the quality that this place provides. Immediately I was greeted by the hostess who has the sweetest voice and is willing to accommodate any questions or requests. There's a mini shop downstairs for your basic needs like soft drinks, soaps, and toilet paper. Front doors are locked in the evening and is only accessed using key card. There's a guard posted during the night. I generally felt very nice and safe. You can also feel that other guests walking around the halls are nice and good regular people. The rooms and amenities are by no means new, but they are in great condition. You know they really take good care of the place. The most stunning thing is how sparkling clean the room is. I'm a neat freak, and usually when I check in to a place, I take some paper towels and wipe down surfaces, furniture, closets. I was shocked that I couldn't pick up any dirt! The housekeepers must've wiped every inch of the room. I think they even clean way better than I clean my own house! All in all, I absolutely love this place and would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice homey Thai apartment stay. I would definitely come back next time. Thank you for the lovely stay! ♥

Stayed here as a long term guest for 2 months. Staff are great, friendly but not overbearing. They let me switch room after a few weeks as the first one was slightly noisy and I'm a light sleeper. Both rooms were nice for the cost. Wifi works well (which is extremely rare in CM condos.) Good location with bike parking and plenty of places to eat/drink around.

>Warning! Malware in Wi-Fi! If you connect to hotel network gate (10.0.0.254) you will get at least 2 malware: Bitcoin Miner and Ad. Popups virus. I have talk to staff and owner, but they can't do anything. Hotel not refund you, like other's do. We feel very unsafe in this place because of many reasons, so we go to another hotel after 1 night in Puwanon. Without refund.8

Home sweet home:) I spent 2 month in this amazing and homey accomodation.I loved waking up to birdsong every morning.. The owner family are very caring and always smiling. They made my days so comfortable! Also there are super cute cats around..you can meet them if you are lucky! Thank you for everything. Good bye till next time!

Great Hotel in a nice neighborhood. The owners & staff are very kind and helpful. There is a small shop inside near the reception where you can buy first necessities like water, soap… There are washing machines just outside as well as space to park motorbikes. Came back several times already. 5/5

I checked out at 6 o'clock in the morning. At 9 o'clock, I received an e-mail from Puwanon Place that I forgot the silver ring under my pillow and now I received it back. Thank you very much for your honest and thanks for the good accommodation. See you next time - David

I enjoyed a month here. Excellent management. Spotlessly clean; fast wi-fi; friendly owners; safe and secure; convenient to Central Dept. Store/mall, and a night market, and a variety of restaurants; only a short walk to the NW corner of the Old City.

This is an excellent place to stay. Accommodation is very good and very well maintained. The staff are excellent. Also location is very convenient. Five stars all round

Very nice place. Good service. Near Maya, shopping mall, and downtown. Clean room and many nice neighbor, so I feel like stay at home. I was check in at night time, this apartment have security man who can help you. Very save place to stay not far from the main road. Will come back next time.
