Worse customer service. Staff is super rude and did not let us enjoy the whole shooting process. We wanted to take pictures with gun and they did not let us. Made some weird excuses: that cameras are there and we cant let you click photos. I do not recommend this place.worse expirience. Spoiled my whole mood.

Review dated Mar 2023. We had a good time here, and recommend going here. The shotgun recoil is really strong and you should book a massage after that. Wanted to give 4 out of 5 stars but i guess my experience was isolated. The range instructors are trained and professional. They don't teach you how the guns work, but hey, it's point and shoot. They set up the guns for you and hand it to you to shoot. The guns are in good condition but you will encounter times that it doesn't go off. This was true for us for all the guns we tried. The receptionist was polite but thought our klook booking was for 1 set, shared by 2 pax. Luckily i counted the bullets and clarified after our session, and they confirmed that they did indeed only give me 1 set instead of 2 sets that i booked for, and i can come back the day after for another set. It helped that i could speak some basic Thai to explain to them, else you might encounter difficulties. My recommendation if you are going in a group is to book separately under different tickets, to avoid the same problem.

Maybe we went on a good day but contrary to other reviews we found the staff polite and as helpful as they could be with limited English. We were not rushed or pressured into buying more bullets or the more expensive guns. I was offered to share a gun with my uncle so we could both have a go. I took photos and a video of my lads using the gun and the staff asked if they could take a photo for their Facebook page. My lads were given their targets to keep as souvenirs.

Price is a little bit higher than the other shooting ranges (it's not fixed prices, can negotiate about it) , but it's reasonable because it's near the residential area, and the staff are friendly and give instructions for bigeners.

Epic experience for the whole family, just a little expensive if we were to pick a fault. AUD$45 for 10 shots is up there but great assistance and flexible with the kids. Definitely worth a visit for your trip to Phuket

They are cheaters, no professionals. They don’t knows English . I been in that place i said i want to try 2 guns but they gave me 1guns but charged me 2500bat . I’m not recommend it to anyone . 👎👎👎

I was frightened by the hand gun recoil and dropped the gun after shooting one bullet, the assistant was able to hold it swiftly!! Good experience and good price. 👍🏼
