As soon as you want to close a trip with them they send you a receipt listed at the bottom that you will not be able to get a refund in case you need to postpone or cancel. We tried to change the day because of bad weather (rain and wind) and said it is not possible and have to pay the full amount whether we go on a trip or not. If you would like to book through them, book with them on the day you are sure you are going on a trip.

We booked the 4 islands tour, (actually it was 5) It was as explained and more than expected. The 3 engine speedboat was not crowded. the sea was calm, light wind, even some rain for a few minutes. Crew headed by Mou Mou was efficient, helpful and very informative.. We had great day, thanks.

Terrible experience. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL. Went on a jet ski trip, with irresponsible instructors. Leaving us at sea alone, smoking weed the entire trip. dangerous!!!
