I came to this shop with low expectations, didn’t look that great from the outside. But the staff were very friendly. They helped me design, and create the leather laptop bag I wanted. They were able to create the same quality bag for 1/3 the price of everyone else, and in fact even make the inner material quality better then the other options I had. Also they kept their word of having the bag ready for pick up within the 3 day deadline I gave them. Great job.

A leather shop that's also a workshop. They have all sorts of clothing and items, some of which are made from alligator and snake leather. The prices are still 30-40% cheaper (EU prices) eventhough it's handmade.

The customer experience was good. I made many requests about the leather and colour of the stitching and welt and sole, which they all happily fulfilled at no extra cost. They were always caring and concerned with me getting the right fit and did as much as they could to accomodate that. After a few delays when I had no time the store staff even hand delivered my boots on her scooter to my hotel an hour before my departure which was greatly appreciated. The construction of the boots was sublime for the price. 270° goodyear welt, stitched through outsole. Thick leather midsole, full leather heel stack which was nailed, an incredible construction for the price of 3,500 baht. The leather was also very good for the price, no complaints. Decently thick and nicely tanned full grain. Im not sure what the shank is made of, but it is decently stiff. The heel counter and toe stiffener are cellulose which is perfectly fine for the price of the boots, although a bit sad to see when the rest of the materials are such high quality. Also strangely the soft foam insole is glued in, but one can remove that when it needs replacing. What dissapointed me was the fit. The boots they made for me on collection were too big (despite me having my foot measured, and making sure to wear the same socks on measuring and collection day). The toebox was too roomy and the heel did not sit at all. The lady there was very kind and accomodating and remedied the problem after 10 minutes in the workshop. The customer service was great. I suspect they relasted the boot to a smaller last. However at this point i hadnt yet tied the boots as the hooks had not been put in yet. I then received the boots, and when trying them on the heel and toebox were perfect but the upper did not fit at all. It is tightened all the way and its still loose, i can fit a finger into the boot. The boot is almost entirely being held by just the heel. Another dissapointment was on this first trying a hook snapped off. All the hooks were generally hastily put in and rather mauled and extremely cheap, they bend very easily with just your fingers. (Speculation: the poor fit may be because the boot had to be relasted for the heel to fit, although the upper may have been patterned for a bigger boot and that is why it doesnt fit. The relasting would also explain the stretch marks left on the toebox from a hasty lasting) Overall, im sure they would remedy these problems for me as they were quite proffessional, however I am no longer in patong and cannot get it fixed by them. Therefore despite having so much appreciation for the product they make I am left very dissastified with my boots. I would recommend their services highly if you were in patong for a bit longer than a week, they take 4 days to make your boots, so you can iron out issues, as these are incredible boots for what youre paying. However, otherwise I cannot recommend.

AMAZING - AMAZING Had boots custom designed with great help from the owner. Measured to perfeck fit and handmade with outstanding craftmansship in just 4 days. And below half price of what you pay for factory stock-ware in Europe! And nice shop too - a lot of interesting leatherware on display - just go there :-)

Went here to get wheels replaced on suitcases and a pair of sandles needing new lining. Was great to chat first on Whatsapp. Found them on Facebook. Sent pics and got a quote before driving 40 min out to the shop. Was really wonderful that he was able to fix everything the same day while I hung around Patong waiting. Friendly guy who did what he could with what was on hand. Otherwise, may need to wait 2 weeks, he said, for exact parts. Shoes came out great too. However, seemed rather expensive for the wheel replacements, 550 baht each. Parking is very limited along the road. Has great selection of leather goods. Very interesting pieces.

This was the best shop we went to in Patong. Lovely service, very expert. Bought hand made high quality leather boots with stacked leather heels, ordered custom made purple leather boots ready in less than a week. Great shop.
