Affordable rooms, kind owners! The rooms are spacious enough and has its own toilet inside. It already has a bed and a few furnishings, especially an AC. They have a balcony too which is surprisingly okay compared to how it looked like from the inside. However, although they have WiFi, it’s best to have your own provider. As the building have too many tenants, WiFi connection will be weak. If you want to stay in a residential area, this is the place to be. Near Wat Talingchan. But if you like the busy life of Bangkok and the crowded metropolis, then you’ll get bored if you stayed here for 5 days. No malls nearby. No pubs at walking distances. Only problem I find is the location when I want to buy from the mall, traveling to and fro central Bangkok takes time as only one bus (bus 79) passes through here but once you’ll get the hang of it, it won’t be a hassle. Just don’t mind the rush hour when the buses are mostly full going to Talingchan area.

Convenient, clean, safe, the owner is cute and friendly. The house in the garden is quiet, the air conditioning is cool. Overall, very impressed. I go very often.

P A House Apartment in Thailand exceeded all my expectations. The banglow / cotage was stunning, with attention to detail in design and decor.Reasnable price . The amenities were top-notch, offered a breathtaking view. The location was perfect, providing easy access to the city's attractions. The staff provided exceptional service, making me feel valued. Very reasonably priced apartment in the garden and the owner was super friendly! The location is nice and quiet, yet you can reach everything by taking a 60 baht taxi to Bang Khun Non MTR station. Also, there is a non-touristy floating market right across the road.

The room is very good, quiet, very private, and the owner speaks very well and gives advice. The room has everything it should have. Location near Sai Tai Mai, Pinklao. Recommended.👍👍
