Booked from UK via their website. Excellent and efficient rental company. Met us at arrivals at Chiang Rai airport in the vehicle we had hired and drove us 5 mins to their offices. Paperwork took 5 mins and no pressure tactics to buy any extra insurance etc. Then we were off in a brand new Nissan truck. Repeated the process in reverse on return 4 days later. Extremely helpful, good English, highly recommended.

Had a very professional, seamless, uneventful experience with Drive Car Rental on 9/19/2023 at the Chiang Rai airport. Their agent met us at the gate for a short ride to their office. Within a couple of minutes signing their agreement and inspecting the car we were off to our destination. Returning the car was equally seamless. The cost of the rental was very reasonable considering that we opted for full coverage. We look forward to renting with them on our next visit to Chiang Rai.

Very friendly stuff already waiting at Chiang Rai Airport for us after working hours, because our flight was late. Unproblematic takeover of car. As well returning the car in Chiang Mai Airport was easy and comfortable.

We have rented a Nissan Almera for two days. The car is quite good, but customers will feel more satisfied if there is a monitor to connect with the mobile phone for GPS. The PIC is very curtesy and nice.
