My
friend
and
I
had
the
most
amazing
experience
cooking
with
Ann!
I
was
super
pleased
to
find
out
we
would
be
able
to
cook
not
one,
not
two,
but
FOUR
dishes.
Ann
picked
us
up
from
our
hostel
and
brought
us
to
the
local
grocery
store,
where
she
let
us
taste
and
smell
a
bunch
of
fragrant
local
ingredients.
She
also
shared
a
lot
of
information
about
the
ingredients,
which
was
super
interesting
and
informative.
Ann
even
bought
us
extra
fruit
as
snacks
for
later,
which
was
extremely
kind
of
her.
My
friend
is
a
vegetarian
and
I
am
not
-
Ann
accommodated
for
all
dietary
restrictions.
We
then
arrived
at
Ann’s
kitchen
where
we
prepared
and
cooked
our
food
-
Tom
Yum,
Pad
Thai,
Green
Curry,
and
Mango
Sticky
Rice.
I
liked
how
we
were
involved
in
every
step,
as
opposed
to
having
the
ingredients
previously
prepared
for
us;
it
gave
us
the
full
hands-on
experience.
Making
the
meal
was
a
lot
of
fun
as
Ann
(who
speaks
fluent
English,
by
the
way!)
and
we
chatted
the
whole
time.
Time
really
flew
by
and
when
it
was
time
to
go
home,
we
were
all
really
sad.
I’ve
heard
cooking
classes
are
very
competitive
and
can
revolve
around
basic
dishes
in
Chiang
Mai
-
for
this
reason,
if
you
are
looking
for
a
true
immersing
experience,
opt
for
Ann’s
cooking
class!
I
would
highly
recommend
her
classes
to
you
and
all
my
friends/family;
you
will
not
regret
it.
It
goes
without
saying
that
the
food
was
PHENOMENAL.
I
don’t
think
I
can
buy
Thai
food
ever
again
without
missing
what
I
made
here!!
She
even
packs
the
leftovers
for
you
-
my
friend
and
I
had
enough
for
two
more
meals
the
following
day.
I
hope
to
be
able
to
return
to
this
class
one
day
as
I
will
hold
the
memory
close
to
me.
Ann
is
the
sweetest
lady.
Thank
you
so
much
for
everything,
Ann!
