The rooms are very cozy and clean. It kinda looks like log cabins inside and the receprionist was so accomodating and warm but there were a lot of mosquitos outside our room and the showerhead is needs to be replaced.

Nice accommodation with garden, that protects well against the sun, calm area. Bit further distance to walk from the city centre. All equipment looks quite old. Electric sockets are old style too and no plugs hold in them. Overall not bad, but considering the far location from city and old equipment I'd expect lower prices.

Not a bad place to stay for a couple nights. It is in a quiet neighbourhood, but it's a bit of a walk to the center of town. You could ask the receptionists to call you a tuk tuk to the city for 80-100 baht. Staff were very friendly. The room was big, clean and comfortable. No many TV channels. The swimming pool is alright. Breakfast is basic. Also no lunch or dinner.

Lovely place for a cheap price. You sleep in little vacation houses. There is a swimming pool but no bar. The reception is very helpful and speaks good English. The houses are clean. The only con is that there are too many mosquitos.

Excellent pool. Quiet location. Very relaxing. Good sized rooms. Most staff are disinterested and fairly rude. No form of customer service potential was evident. One front office person was excellent.

I have found out that the Hotels here are fix as needed and fix backwards. Fix something for 10 cents and take long time or spend 50 cents and fix it in 5 minutes. Breakfast was something left to be disired and if not full then only a limited offering like 2 different fruits, toast and a few sausages and 3 eggs I forgot the cereal... Come when they are Full...

Nice place like a little oasis in the middle of the city. Most valuable price I've ever stayed in my life

Peaceful location, excellent staff though you need a cab or tuk tuk to get into town. Comfortable chalet style accommodation.

Stayed in one of the little bungalows, and it was nice, clean, and quiet. The reception staff were super friendly and went above and beyond to help me sort out a few things.

Beautiful place to stay, peaceful, green. Traditional style, wooden inside rooms, properly working air con. Clean linen, towels changed every day. Helpful staff! The hotel is well known by drivers, since it is the old one. It made life more simple a few times ;-) The downside for not clean bathroom on our arrival, and apart from toilet - the rest not cleaned even once during our 4 nights stay. To sum up, we would stay there again :)

Silent place to recover, but needs some maintance! We came for two days to recover from our journey to Chiang Dao and Mae Salong. The resort is located in 10 minutes walking distance to a restaurant , market and supermarket. The swimming pool is nice, but only three beds, one umbrella and one overlay, meaning only three guests can lay at the pool at the same time! The breakfast comes for 200 baht and is heavily overpriced, just cheap and usual toasts, marmalade, cold eggs and some corn flakes! The rooms are actually well made, but made with a lot of wood which heats up during the day and makes the room pretty warm during the night. An Aircon is provided, but not everyone likes it. The bathroom in a awful condition, both sink and shower were calcified and not watertight! However, an english speaking assistant is available all day and helps wherever possible!
