Making children play while wearing a mask is bad for respiratory health

Used to be fun, but not worth it anymore. This business, like so many others, continues to worship at the altar of covid. Mandatory mask wear (despite the government proclaiming an end to the mask mandate months ago). Should have taken the kids swimming instead.

Good but now they compulsorily make you buy their socks. Surely Business centric rule. They dont care if you already have a greater quality non slippery socks. So I had to buy and wear it and those made me slipped a few time.

The establishment is nice. Enough choices for the kids. Rem to bring anti-slip socks else can buy for thb60. Has a cafe for the waiting parents too. The only downside is once enter, cannot exit till whole session over. Will be good if staff can speak a little English. Communication is kinda tedious.

The play center is spacious, but I found it somewhat underwhelming due to their policies. Firstly, they impose a time limit on play sessions, and even for older children, one adult must accompany them (while it's understandable, there are other play centers where you can safely leave your child while you go shopping). The most frustrating aspect, however, is that the accompanying adult is required to purchase a pair of socks for another 60baht, which seems like a pushy way to maximise profits. And also masks are mandatory inside the play center, including for young children and non-participating adults. This requirement feels out of place considering we are already halfway through 2023, and it's no longer the same situation as it was in 2020. There are a couple of massage chairs which operates for like a little over 5minutes for 20bahts. In short, there are better and more relaxed play centers available elsewhere

This place is great your kids will love it, I see alot of people complain about prices I think it's quite reasonable, you could bring your own drink & snacks in bag and put in locker they provide, they charge extra for socks so bring your own when you come.

Nice place to spend time with kid. Best is to come during weekday when not many children around. Weekend morning is still OK but from the afternoon it gets very packed.

Very good place, 400 bath for child add 150 bath for a parent. 2.5 hours is not enough time for child 🤣🤣

Great fun island filled with marine life, with lots of sliders to play. Like under the sea. As for the small children zone, they have to cross the other side, have to walk over the bridge, there will be a giant snake on the bridge

Harborland = Maskland Went there recently with my kids and they still want people to wear a mask inside. COVID is long over guys! Didn't you get the memo like the rest of the world? Further on they don't accept anti-slip socks from a different brand and want that you buy their own brand. Even though our socks were of much higher quality, they wouldn't accept them. Absolutely ridiculous and clearly a sign that they want to maximize their profits. Anyway, because of the idiotic mask mandate that is still in place and because of the new "socks" policy, this was the last time that I went to a Harborland with my kids. Good luck with these rules as you will lose more customers than just me.

The playground is ok for kids 4-5 years old and above. Took our 2 year old and could not enter most of the places. Everything is made for bigger kids. I'd say half of the places are great and the other half just ok, I'd wish they had more toys for little kids.

Staff are not helpful at all specially if you are farang. This park is just a joke trying to catch your money only. There is a lot of attraction park like this one who the staff is much more sympatic and always helpful compare to harborland . You must enter with your kids ( of course you pay) even you are just waiting around . They said need people to check your kids 🤣 in other attraction you pay the entry and kids can play and staff take care of your kids ....... here you must pay double price for the staff look after your kids.... This Harborland it is not recommended at ALL.....

HarborLand here at Fashion Island is very big indoor playground for family with kids from 6M to 12Y old. The playground is very clean ,we feeled safe when playing. There’re toilets, shower rm, lockers, living rm for parents ,Vista cafe’ and Dunkin inside. Price’s 380 for kids and 140 for parents but if you’re over 60 yo it’s free.

The hour is reduced to 2 hours from 3, buying tickets is frustrating and the website is not intuitive, the managers need to come to see and find a better solution.

Today is our first time here. The place is impressive for kids but not agree with couple rules for parents. First of all why parents have to pay even though we can’t play. Secondly why parents have to wear socks just to walk around or sit in the cafe which separate from the playground area. Try to understand but doesn’t make sense, for the cleanliness? for the safety? but separate zone with staff at the entrance. 👎☹️ Asked staffs but couldn’t give me reasonable answer just said it’s the company rules. If your child is under 10 yo, please prepare to spend at least 520baht plus drinks cost which is not cheap at all. May come back but not regular unless parent can entry for free to observe only.

😠 Super empty. I couldn't find any shop opened at all. The cafeteria was pretty much dead too - only a food stall and a drink corner were opened. Very sad to see a huge amount of investment spent to build a ghost town.
