The room was clean and comfortable. The location was far from the Ao Nang beach. The breakfast has only this; rice, fried egg, boiled rice, bread, weather, coffee, tea, and orange juice. Wait for a refill of the foods. The breakfast not variety. Not coffee, tea and alcohol gel in the rooms, not according with rate 8.9 from the Agoda website.

The hotel is good but the staffs are super unfriendly and not helpful. Just an hour before I check out I had severe headache and I had no water in the room. I called the operator and requested for a bottle of water, their respond was ‘sorry sir we cannot give you water because you’re checking out soon’. They’re so stingy about just giving a bottle of water. The place is relaxing, rooms are clean and well maintained. Just staffs are the opposite of the hotel. Stressful to handle and not well equipped.

Absolutely loved it here. The room was spacious and clean, very comfortable, and had a great view of the cliffs. In the morning when the fog was lifting I sat on the balcony and soaked it all in. The balcony is quite small, but enough room for two to sit and enjoy coffee or a book. Inside the room everything was tidy and clean, and there's also a little sofa thing by the window to rest on. The shower didn't drain well, but that's a minor issue. The value for the price was exceptional. The location is just off the main strip and maybe a 30 minute walk from the beach (with tons and tons of restaurants inbetween). Not far from Krabi town and from some nice hikes as well. Staff was exceptional, very kind and easy going. Honestly, I cannot wait to return.

One of the best budget hotel. I stayed here for 7 nights and got an enjoyable time - Stunning cliff view - Very big room with a comfortable bed even tho they don’t provide bathrobe and slippers (you pay what you get). - Big desk for working - Sofa bed 🥰 - Big bathroom - Quiet location and good sound isolation - Stable Wifi - Good and clean pool but quite small for swimming Cons: - Good but very limited breakfast. You’ll get bored after the 3rd day - Staff speaks little English but they try to be helpful - Only 2 big bath towel - Exact 16 mins walk to the beach. Not a problem to me but others might not like it - The double bed is basically 2 twin beds combined - The aircon is quite noisy but you’ll get used to it. Not a big problem.

service is good except when i requested a bartender at mini cafe to reheat my burger and she refused. location is okay, not really a walking distance place especially at night. room is goood and the housekeeping everyday, i’m really satisfied! one thing need to improve, maybe the hotel can provide iron as other hotel too. overall, okay!

Welcomed with a cold drink. And a porter to take the bags. Rooms were very spacious and clean. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, nice pool and pool bar. Close to Ao Nang (15 min walk) would stay again. Highly recommended to stay

This is a steal deal considering the price and service. Rooms are big and well maintained. Stuffs are friendly and helpful. The resort is located 900m away from the Ao Nang beach and just beside the mountains. Liked everything about the hotel except the pool is bit small. We got complimentary breakfast and the items are too much and food is very good. We also rented bike through them. Recommend

Happy with the hotel cleanliness, unfortunately they didn't have bathrobes which normally I would appreciate. Hotel staff were lovely. On the downside, it was awful to see birds in small cages around the resort , I was very tempted to let them go and fish in very small, shallow pond which is totally inadequate for them. Very cruel and sad to see.

We have loved everything about our stay at the Andaman Breeze. When you arrive they offer you a drink, the rooms are really clean, beds are comfortable, it’s spacious and you have a little balcony. The pool area is also amazing. The view of the mountains are from out of this world, but Noor - working at the pool bar - you are a star! Made us feel completely at home and accommodated all of our needs. It was such a pleasure to stay at this hotel.

This hotel is really nice, rooms are perfectly well designed, but above all, the employees are fantastic! We do understand why Thailand is called "The Land of Smiles"

I paid Rm270 inc breakfast. Room is clean and exceptional. They dont have international plug and luckily one of the Staff Zaidee was very helpful he assist me. No toothbrush was given and no iron u need to go out to nearest laundry shop. Place was quite far from main street, but its fine for me as I love to walk. It could take up to 15 mins. Not recommend if you are travelling alone. Staff barely can speak English so please be prepared. Food is very terrible. The package for island and transportation, is higher compared to other travel agent at the Ao Nang roadside. P/s u guys are welcome to try everyone has different expectations tho.

Friendly staff, clean and big room, nice toilet, the bed is great. The view on the 8th floor from our room is amazing. They are so nice for making a birthday surprise for my husband. When we entered our room, we found birthday cake, and the room was decorated with flowers and balloons. 😊

The location The rooms and service is good enough with the price they offer. Me and my wife walked around a lot till Ao Nang beach and enjoyed the stay, the street market and vibe of Krabi overall. This hotel staff is friendly and overall the location is decent for the price and rooms are new and decent big. Pool is nice although we couldn't find time to access it. We didn't try breakfast here but it could cost 200 Baht pp.

According to a video posted on YouTube in Feb 2020 by a man named Big Fat Besty showed a tour of the hotel with its amazing facilities, friendly staff, room and restaurant but on the 16th April 2021, a year or so later the hotel doesn't have the same appearance. The room was nice but no coffee machine or kettle, no coffee or tea in the room. No handtowels, only the bath towels provided. The double bed is made up with two single beds, although quite comfortable it isn't exactly that soft but it is okay to sleep on for a night or two. The bedding was strange because it only covered have the bed and used two beddings for the double sized bed. The breakfast wasn't the same as described in the YouTube video as mentioned by Big Fat Besty, no egg station nor much choice. Just rice, egg and bread. No available fruit either. It was very simple and the price is now just 100 baht per person rather than the 299 as described in the video a year ago. I can understand why because of COVID-19, but the hotel should make it alacarte or made to order rather than a buffet. This will save them lots of money and provide a better customer experience. No cutlery is allowed in the room to cut fruit, again this was something not expected as many hotels will provide customers the items for their convenience. It's such a shame because I really liked the hotel but unfortunately it isn't as it used to be. Hope it gets better. Good luck on your stay and there are many other choices nearby that maybe better.

The hotel is nice and room is spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly as well. The swimming pool was smaller than the picture lead to believe. Another important point is that the street leading to the hotel smells terrible and make every walking journey a suffering. The beach is at 15/20 min walking

I’m very surprised at the high ratings this hotel has. Let start off with the rooms smell bad (at least our room did) I know it’s an energy saver but all electricity shuts off when you leave the room so after a hot day outside you come into a hot and humid room. I will add that the AC works great and fast so you don’t have to deal with that long. We supposedly got a “cliff view” but in order to see the cliff you had to stick your head out of the balcony and look left. When asked about it to the front desk staff they kindly insisted it was a cliff view. I mean whatever we paid $30 a night we aren’t gonna argue it. But just know it’s not a cliff view. We asked for our beds to be together but that didn’t happen (not a big deal we did it ourselves) Our room looked dirty and they were stains on the curtains. It just made me wonder how clean everything else really was including our bed sheets. The outside/backyard area is very pretty. Breakfast was included and not bad we got to eat outside in the garden. It is however close to a great strip for shopping and there is wonderful food near by (we recommend curry palace) I would would recommend it IF you’re on a budget trip, but this is definitely not a 4+ star hotel at all.

Stayed during vacation package for 4d3n. Room are big and really confortable. Nice lobby, with lift, medium sized swimming pool. Basic hotel amenities given, towels, mini fridge, but no iron. Breakfast included, they said its halal. Didn't take pictures but it's basically salad counter with yogurt, cereals, rice porridge with condiments, omelette counter, rice with one or two chicken dishes, bread, chicken slice and sausages. Got coffee, tea, milk, orange juice, guava juice and apple juice. Location wise, it's near masjid Aonang, walkable to nearest 7 eleven, food stalls, massage area, 1.4km to Aonang beach. Tuk-tuk cost 100 one way to Aonang beach. All in all, its a nice stay here.

Good service, kind personnel. We caught special offer for trip to Phi Phi Islands - so before you book smth in the city it’s better to try ask hotel personnel for any special offers available. Wifi connection was good and stable. There is free transfer option to and from Ao Nang beach twice times a day.

My family stayed for 3 nights at the Andaman Breeze. We were staying in a family room. The hotel has a very nice location, not far from the beach (20 min walk, plus there is a complimentary shuttle) with good restaurants around. The room we had was very big and comfortable, with a big shower and a tub. The views from the room are beyond amazing, attributed to the hotel's location near the cliffs. The views could not be beaten. Simply amazing. The room rate was really good and offered extremely good value for money. The breakfast is nice, but could have been with a bigger selection. The pool also has great views, contributing to an overall relaxing atmosphere. One room for improvement could be better shuttle availability and more room keys, as we were told there is only one room key per room available.

I stayed here for a week and it was all good. Everything works perfectly, the staff was helpful as well. We didn't try the restaurant as we want to eat local food. Here is the view I got from our room. I came here for a vacation with my boyfriend and Krabi is always a good idea to spend time with your loved one.

Its a great place for Budget stays. We visited in April 2022, Rooms were around 600-700 Baht per night. Staff and service is good but they don't do any room service especially at night. Swimming pool is the best part of this hotel and the adjoining bar has a decent beer collection. Food is okish, not many options for vegetarian people (though I don't blame them for it).

Hotel location is located away from the hustle and bustle of the Aonang Town. Nice ample clean rooms, good breakfast and friendly staffs.

Good - They gave a free upgrade to us. Bad - One of the worst hotels to stay. Firstly the location is very far away from the beach. There were no service staffs to carry our luggage and we had to carry those up till the 4th floor. The reception gets closer post 7pm and there is no one you can reach out to post 7. Service staffs leave at 5 which is really unusual for a hotel serving international guests. The reception lights are even switch off by 8. The breakfast they serve is from last day and our breakfast was stinking. Lastly and the most frustrating factor is that they charged us extra 800baht for a dirty bedsheet which they had put on our bed the second day saying that we made the sheets dirty. There are hardly any guests in the hotel and so they are finding other means to earn money. Refrain from booking this hotel. The staff also don't understand proper English, their card machines don't work. A very frustrating and disgusting experience altogether.

It's a beautiful property with big and beautiful rooms with a stunning view and adjoining balcony. But the room doesn't come furnished with toiletries apart from tiny bottles of shampoo and body wash. No bathrobes, no slippers, no beach basket, no refreshments, no welcome drink, no service basically. The receptionist is the only alive person here. If service was good it could be a great hotel.
