Used a private car transfer from Bangkok to Koh Chang and back. Excellent communication (better than any of the hotels in Thailand)- even confirmed again a couple of days in advance. Flexible in allowing us to change our pick up time at the last minute. Clean, comfortable car with good attention to detail (water bottles and pillows etc). Punctual.

We travelled with IamKhoChang with a van from our hotel in Bangkok to Kho Chang and back. All was perfect. The Mini van came in time to the hotel, the drivers are skilled and drive very safe. I recommend IamKohChang to everybody who likes to drive to Koh Chang. The prices a very fair if you imagine, that you do not have to organize and pay a ferry ticket and you do not have to organize the trips from the peer to the hotel and back and wait for busses and bargain with taxi drivers. The trip takes about 6hrs from door to door, so you are even faster than flying, if you calculate the trip from the hotel to the airport, check inn times, check out times, trip from Trat airport to the ferry peer and so on. It´s safe, conveninent and much cheaper than flying and great to travel with this excellent IamKohChang Isand travel guide!!

Excellent service. I've used the transfer services twice now, once from BKK to Koh Chang last year and this year a pick up from the Cambodian/ Thai border crossing to the pier at Laem Sok. Both times it was flawless, drivers always there on time, fast and efficient and Ian's communication is excellent. Highly recommend.

Called the day before to confirm the pick-up time and location. On the day of the pick-up I called the driver (Jib) to see if he had arrived and woke him up. Company had to sort out a new driver who didn’t arrive until 30 minutes after our scheduled departure time. As we had boat tickets booked, we ended up being extremely rushed. Unreliable service and I wouldn’t use them again.

After having a nightmare journey by minibus in Krabi, I hoped to have better luck with the transfer for my family from Bangkok to Koh Chang. And i wasn't disappointed. The driver we booked arrived promptly and the journey was swift with no complications. we stopped for fuel and a Thai style lunch and arrived relaxed at our hotel. Recommended. :-)

We have now several times used this wonderful service, a limousine for the trip from Bangkok to Laem Sok (Trat). Rapid communication and reply, very reliable delivery of the service and competitive value for money (e.g. compare with the rates for Bangkok Airways to Trat plus a taxi to Laem Sok). Highly recommended.

Amazing service with seamless communication. Ian organised a private, door to door transfer from Bangkok to Koh Chang and from Koh Mak to Bangkok. Everything was super smooth, with no stress, great drivers, and good prices. We would definitely use the service again.

Our driver was a few minutes late due to traffic jams but once on the road everything was fine. We stopped on the way for lunch and had a pleasant drive to the island.
