Absolutely awesome food! I am a regular for so many years (hence this review). Then.. they have their bird pets and sometimes the birds would come to my table and got the food from my plate. Pity that when it happened the owner did not even offer to replace the meal OR simply apologise. Everyone is free to have their own pets but when it comes to shared space, especially as a restaurant owner, I think there is a need to be very careful about that. It really makes me not wanting to go back to the restaurant anymore. I hope they would be more mindful about their pets in the future.

Pretty decent food if you are in search of a little middle eastern flare. I got a chicken Kebab, hummus, water, and Nan for 320B. The hummus was great. I am more of a fan of meals that are less than 200B - but hey, it is what it is.

Went there and got this potato stew and extra bread for about 100Baht. It was delicious but I ordered it “not spicy at all” because I was sick, when it came it nearly burned my mouth. It wasn’t what I wanted at all. I can still recommend going there but be clear what you want when ordering.

Moved to Chiang Mai since February. It was so hard to find the mediteranean restaurant that close to the one we always went in Bangkok until I came across here. Food was pretty good. They even have baklava!! Which is pretty rare to find in Chiang Mai. I'd definitely come back here again soon.

This is easily on top of my favorite list across categories! We ordered mix grill set for 2 and it was perfect especially the eggplant hummus. The grills were rich in aroma with taste and texture just right. Food is amazing and hospitality is great. A homey vibe, a hidden gem. Highly recommended!

The platters with tabouli and homous are awesome as is the chicken veg soup. Everything we’ve had has been good but the tekkah meat is to die for.

Extremely warm and friendly service by one of the staff,. Basem. He patiently explained the food items to us and even recommended some dishes. The mint tea was superb - freshly made with fresh mint leaves! The food was freshly prepared. The fish was fresh and soft and cooked well. The tom yum soup was extremely tasty - tantalising our taste buds! If you need down-to-eart Halal Thai or Lebanese food, drop by to this place. You'll feel very much at home, thanks to Basem! Good food, nice service but I ordered "Set 2" and got Set 2 + one extra plate of Baba Ghanoush. Never did I mention Baba Ghana so I have no idea how it showed up on my order. Food is great but you better check your bill total against the listed prices on the menu. Been here a few times and two of the times the guy added a couple of hundred baht to the bill and then claimed it was an honest mistake when I called him out on it. He also makes a big deal about giving you free bread, but imagine ordering a hummus and you get it with no pita 😂 Huge fan of the flavour of the food though - just be wary.

We had our lunch in this Arabic resturant and it was as per our expectation strating from the delicious arabic food, salads, hosbitality service and the kindness of Mr.Basel and Mr. Basem. The Gulf restaurant is int the night bazaar complex. It is clean inside and out. The menu has good choices of Lebanese & Thai foods. The Chef owner welcomed us & made a helpful suggestion. The staff can speak English & Thai. The hummus, baba ghanoush were delicious. The bread was beautiful & a real treat with the skewered meat. I enjoyed the tabouli. The pricing is reasonable. Well worth a visit.
