4 single use plastic bowls when you order the salad menu. And it was not even take out! Its not even relevant if the food is good or not. This is just unacceptable and they should be ashamed.

The chicken was actually good! The sauce goes well with. The place tends to be full of people so make sure to get seats first before ordering :) I should have ordered 10 pieces of chicken because its so good.

Amazing Australian Bulgogi Burger! Very good, very tasteful! Service okay, its Airport, people ate on Rush. Location small, maybe 15 People can Sit… Price not high for that quality, Fries are okay too. I will go and try this Burger again! I wish we hve Bullgogi Burger too here in Switzerland

So... I had a bad experience with the people that work in there, they would laugh of me and my fiance and speak Thai, in that case i felt awful because i knew they was talking something about us. The food is good actually, but the service needs to get better

Food was semi-Average. We tried Teokbokki it was pretty good. The cheese was praised by everyone. Spicy drumsticks were mid cause we didn't like sweet texture but inside the chicken was juicy

Ordered bibimbap ask to add extra mushroom for amount not allowed ask to add extra sauce because I know it’s not enough for me not allowed (I said I would pay) previously it was allowed . Cashier with cap said waiting time is around 15 I ask her could I changed my fries to the flavoured ones and said I would add for more money . (I asked right after I ordered and waiting time was ahead I thought it’s ok as it’s just adding some powder on top) she said ordered has been made and couldn’t be changed at all . Very disappointed with the service . I would suggest the waitresses/waiters to wear name tags with larger names so we can see better who they are . :)

This is for the Bonchon restaurant in the Asian Corner but commenting here as I couldn’t find it there.. 0 stars for food as the A2 from the menu (so fried things with fries and salad) got my partner food poisoning.. symptoms started while on the flight so about 8 hours later.. I had the chicken burger and had no issues, but taste wise was not good…Is not a cheap place to eat so come on.. do some decent work and cook good food that doesn’t give food poisoning..

Ordered boneless chicken thighs combo set comes with fries and coke. The chicken is fresh, juicy inside and crispy outside. Recommended. Not sure the burger. Will try in next visit.

I was apprehensive seeing the score on reviews but I was pleasantly surprised by the food. Big portions, affordable and actually tasty chicken. I'll be back!

So happy to find my favorite Korean fried chicken at the airport. Even better is the power outlet available right at the table to charge up my phone before the flight.

Bonchon thailand is just different from othwr country , always think it’s better. Because it’s spicy as it should be for thai culture, it’s right to call it spicy. There’s quality when it’s made. Yes the price is higher in airport, that’s common, but can have bonchon thailand anytime in city.

Very tasty and well seasoned chicken tenders! The spicy flavor was actually quite spicy which I loved! Reasonable price considering it's in the airport. The restaurant was very clean and staffs were kind, good service!

I was about to fly into Dubai and I needed to stop to eat. I stopped to eat here and we ordered our food.after eating it we all got severe food poisoning and started throwing up and had diorrehea. I threw up 14 times on the flight after eating that horrible food

Don’t recommend the chicken burger. Maybe saddest chicken burger in a long time. Overly salty, not spicy. Sad lettuce and coleslaw in a sweet bun. Fried chicken seemed to be two chicken strips. Crispy but flavourless.

Extremely horrible experience. Waited over 30 minutes for my order and the food turned out to be extremely mediocre. To top it off, Bonchon gave me severe food poisoning and ruined my plans in the country. STAY AWAY!!!

The best chicken and korean food you can get in BKK airport! Always be my go-to for a meal whenever BKK is a transit place!

The best chicken of my life!!! First time we ate it my husband and I had tried the limited edition ghost pepper chicken (so 🌶 🌶 🌶) but absolutely delicious!! The second time we got the original flavor and wow, just so yum yum yum!!! Will have some lips burning but it’s finger lickin good! 😋 a must try when in Bangkok! A must try for tourists!! ❤️❤️❤️

Got a chicken burger. The bread was ok, not a good quality bun. The chicken, however, was really juicy and tasty. Highly recommended.

Best alternative to KFC.. service is good and fast. Price too reasonable.. grab quick food from here while you wait for boarding at BKK airport.

Fried chicken was delicious. Staff was friendly, however, the place was packed and people were lining up to place their orders but there was only one staff taking orders and packing food. You could see your food sitting at the counter, waiting to be packed.

Shame on Bonchon at airport .... Increased the "small" size to 8 pieces --- is this small? And so increased the price. This "creatively" makes you wanting to go for smaller, more "manageable size". Now something "manageable" - 3 - 4 pieces only as a Combo - combos at 350-400THB Deceiving and disappointing .... PS: Poor ventilation / smelly area

Its just like any other bonchon chicken in bangkok and even in other countries. The seating area is shared with burger king and sometimes the eating area can be filled with an oily scent from the kitchen from its poor ventilation.

Not really that impressed. Chicken is "okay" but does not live up to the massive hype around it, not much flavor. However service was really good and everything was very fresh.

Many varieties to choose from the counter. Yes, it's good with its chicken. It also comes with drink and fragmented radish. Rice to eat with those mentioned is a must.

One of the best fried chicken in town!! Recommend garlic flavor for those who don’t like spiciness. But if you love something hot and spicy go for hot flavor!
