Yeh
it
was
a
start
journey
on
kitesurfing,
but
what’s
made
it
fun
and
exciting
the
team
of
Kiteflip
at
Koh-Phangan
Communication
was
really
helpful
since
beginning
where
training
videos
provided
to
start
with
before
reaching
the
place,
how
to
reach
the
island,
where
to
find
taxis
or
rental
bikes,
and
where
to
go
during
the
stay
in
the
island
for
fun
and
activities.
Instructors
were
helpful
and
even
if
you
assigned
to
one
instructor
you
will
find
other
instructors
supportive
and
helpful
with
tips.
Training
start
with
foil-kite
to
get
familiar
with
kite
and
how
to
use
it
for
dragging.
Then
tube-kite
to
buildup
skills
reaching
board
surfing
with
a
kite
So
the
steps
will
be
like
this:
-
Understanding
and
setup
the
kite
-
Wind
strategy
for
kiting
-
Skills
of
launching,
recovering
&
relaunch
the
kite
from
water
and
landing
on
the
beach
end
of
the
session
-
Using
dragging
skills
with
and
without
board
-
Safety
release
and
how
to
get
to
the
kite
or
the
beach
safely
-
Getting
on
the
board
up
and
down
wind
-
Folding
the
kite
and
how
to
keep
the
equipments
clean
and
stored
Equipments
were
new
and
they
have
nice
setup
for
first,
second
,
and
third
day.
Also,
they
have
advance
kites
to
use.
Renting
Equipments
after
the
6
hours
with
good
price
and
monitoring
you
from
the
beach
and
mostly
you
will
see
instructor
kitesurfing
around
you
in
case
of
emergency
needed
Buying
equipments
new
and
secondhand
with
good
condition
and
price
Payment
and
hours
calculation
was
friendly
and
smoothly
adjusted
with
wind
situation.
I
would
like
to
mentioned
that
I
noticed
some
of
the
schools
on
the
beach
training
students
with
really
low
wind
or
with
old
kites
where
is
no
benefit
added
to
training
session.
Mostly
they
just
try
to
finish
the
hours
for
students.
While
in
Kiteflip
they
will
reschedule
the
hours
smoothly
for
the
right
weather
condition.
I
would
like
to
thank
the
owner
Philip
who’s
always
on
the
beach
from
morning
until
sunset
for
his
support,
training,
and
tips
to
improve
my
skills.
