ive been to pattaya 4 times. Ive never had such good Indian food. Ive had food at all indian grills , All gujju resturants, etc etc. This place serves basic rajastnani style food. (not restaurant style but home cooked) 180 bath thali buffet. I can bet u wont find such taste and service in pattaya for 180 bath. Keep this tradition rolling so that people from home country can find there food easily. cheers !!

Very nice Indian restaurant with good food. The owner sunny Arora is gem parson... Taste is good and portion size is bigger. The owner also helped us plan our local sight seeing trip at reasonable rates. We dined everyday there while in Pattaya highly recommend..

Excellent VEG food in Pattaya. This was the best food i ever had outside India. I have been eating here regularly and i must say the quality and taste food is very very good. Its consistent in terms of food quality and also affordable. I travel a-lot, and come across many Indian restaurants, but i must say that no Indian food has come even closer to Govindam's standard. This time i asked for food delivery, the food was so beautifully packed keeping even the smallest detail in mind (the cutlery, anti spill packing, tissue papers, chutneys, ketchup, salt and pepper, everything). One more thing i would like to mention is the warmth of the staff. Each staff listens to your request carefully and make sure to give you a taylor made food experience. Its suitable for all age group and for all people. Its a must visit food place.

Govindam's food and atmosphere was very good . Ingredients I have never seen before, prepared with thought, style and elegance. There were some costumers rearranging the menu to suit themselves, the owner sunny arora was happy to help them get a meal they desired. This place deserves a detailed reviewing. Visited this restaurant only because of the reviews on Google maps. We were doubtful the moment we saw the restaurant , because of its narrow entrance and small setup when compared to the photos. Few tables are setup in beautiful fashion . Theres a small washroom and toilet. The entire setup was kept clean. Best part was their attitude towards customers and cleanliness. Tried veg Manchurian , veg thali , paneer butter masala and masala tea. All the items were superb in terms of taste and presentation. Butter nan and veg Manchurian were outstanding. The pickles , curd and accessories were good. The owner came later and had conversation. Very professional and customer friendly. And compared to other similar establishments in Thailand , this one was cheaper too. Definitely recommended for an Indian meal. Menu was diverse with almost all Indian cuisine. The washroom was narrow , and cleaning items were kept unorganized , and the kitchen was visible from washroom which was very neatly kept. Most of the cooks were indian and they are doing a great job cooking Indian cuisine. highly recommend this restaurant to all vegetarian guest

We came with high expectations because of the many 5 star reviews but were extremely underwhelmed. The chicken curry I ordered with my combo was majority bones and didn’t taste like anything special. The lamb was better but about the same portion of meat as the chicken (Small). The flavour wasn’t special and left us with little satisfaction. The only thing that didn’t make it one star was the kindness and helpfulness of the staff. I believe there is room for improvement for the food.
