Despite
being
excited
after
reading
numerous
positive
reviews,
our
journey
from
town
to
the
cat
cafe
ended
up
being
disappointing.
The
initial
impression
was
odd,
as
there
were
no
signs
guiding
us
to
parking,
so
I
chose
a
vacant
spot
nearby
where
other
cars
were
also
stationed.
Regrettably,
this
led
to
an
encounter
with
the
owner’s
frustration.
Normally,
I
might
have
walked
away
at
this
point,
but
I
managed
to
relocate
my
car
and
return.
My
daughter
has
a
deep
affection
for
cats
and
treats
animals
kindly.
With
two
cats
at
home,
we’re
well-versed
in
caring
for
them.
However,
our
experience
took
a
turn
for
the
worse
due
to
a
lack
of
information.
One
of
the
cats
named
Cow
turned
out
to
be
aggressive
and
averse
to
human
interaction.
Unfortunately,
this
detail
wasn’t
communicated
to
us,
resulting
in
Cow
biting
and
scratching
my
daughter
when
she
attempted
to
pet
her.
The
owner’s
demeanor
came
across
as
unwelcoming
and
uncommunicative.
There
was
no
acknowledgement
or
explanation
provided.
Cow’s
unfriendly
disposition
was
met
with
a
peculiar
look
from
the
owner,
who
remarked,
‘Well,
this
one
isn’t
very
sociable
and
prefers
to
keep
her
distance.’
Meanwhile,
my
daughter
was
in
tears
and
understandably
shaken
after
the
incident.
While
I
understand
that
operating
a
cat
cafe
requires
a
love
for
animals,
it’s
equally
important
to
exhibit
warmth
and
consideration
towards
customers.
Our
intention
was
to
support
the
business
and
enjoy
the
company
of
your
cats.
However,
it’s
disappointing
that
there
was
a
failure
to
inform
patrons
about
the
temperament
of
certain
cats.
The
absence
of
an
apology
further
accentuates
this
shortcoming.
Honestly,
it’s
not
a
bad
place,
the
cats
are
really
cute,
just
the
wrong
attitude
chased
your
clients
away.
