I was here twice with my 2.5+5 years old boys. The place is amazing for these ages. The indoor playground occupied them for few hours. Also, the pool outside is nice and the sliders are small and perfect for small children. What I liked the most is that I could really sit down and relax. The children could play alone and everything looks pretty safe. The entrance fee is very reasonable, considering that you get voucher for food for the same value you paid. The food in the restaurant is ok. Tip: bring socks for children and adults for the indoor playground, otherwise you will need to buy it (40thb per pair). Drinks are not allowed inside. It costs 50thb for a small bottle of water. Entrance fee during the week is 250thb for a kid over 70cm and 100thb for adult. In the weekend it is slightly more expensive (i think 100thb more per ticket).

Big airconditioned kids club room is great place to get out of the heat and for younger kids to spend time. Must wear socks, so either bring your own or buy them at the entrence for 40 bht. The fee is 250 bht per kid (under 70cm enter free) and 100 per adult, which translates to 450 bht that you can order food for at the cafe. The place probably had it's glory days a couple of years ago and is just getting back on track now - but even just the indoor + small outdoor play area and pool area are enough for a couple of hours of fun.

I didn't like the attitude of the staff at the entrance. Why should my child, who hasn't even started walking yet, be forced to stand against the wall with a ruler to measure height, and increase the cost of entry depending on the result? Do you have services that require weighing a child or measuring the shape of a skull? If the cost of your services depends on the age of the child, then I am ready to provide documents confirming his age, I will not tolerate other conditions for my child, depending on his physiological characteristics. The staff at the entrance are not interested in visitors in any way, and do not even try to explain their strange requirements.

Our family is a regular here. Our children love the park, whether they play in the pool, the outdoor playground or the indoor play area that is filled with a great selection of toys. All the toys are children safe and are of a quality brand name. The toys are regularly changed to keep our daughters interested and safe. Full time staff are always inside the play areas to ensure everyone is safe The restaurant is excellent, the food quality is top notch which is a surprise for a kids park. We have been to several other kids parks here in Phuket and Bangkok and the food is usually ok and what would be expected at a kids park. The photos posted we're from our last visit before Christmas.

Honestly, this place would be so great if not for Covid. I was quite upset that no one enforces masks for adults in the indoor play area. They stop you and ask you to put on socks… but not masks. I felt sad because I understand it’s hard for business in Phuket who want customers. I asked why they don’t ask people to wear a mask? The sign on the door says they are required. The employee didn’t care. Maybe when Covid is not so threatening it would be a wonderful place to take your family. Or if they start asking customers to wear masks and enforcing it, like they do with socks. Outside, in pool and while eating I understand. But indoor play area should be a requirement. I do appreciate them being open during a pandemic to let kids play. I wish Rawaii park the best during this difficult time, I hope they can stay open as my kids loved it.

Nice place to spend day with family, reasonable priced with swimming pool for kids, restaurant, fish pond and indoor playground. We really enjoyed day here with 2,5 old son. In Rawai area this is only place like this I found. What I did not like was attitude of baby sitters in indoor playground. My kid went to indoor playground with older colleagues keeping in his hand small biscuit. When I joined them few minutes after I realised that babysitter left him outside ( he is 2 years old) alone because eating is not allowed inside. Obviously he started to cry. Also I noticed that babysitters do not react to dangerous behaviour of kids and take care of own kids during work.

Kids from local Russian school, running around crazily every day, hitting eachother with giant balls, climbing and jumping from the roofs of the soft play area on top of toddlers. Throwing wooden blocks at other kids. Where are the teachers during this chaos???? The staff can't control them, they just shrugged when asked.

Me and my family drove from Phuket town to the park yesterday and at the end we decided not to enter the park, the staff at the entrance is very narrow minded, rude, have indeed 0 knowledge about the word "hospitality" that is what they should show to the guests. We saw in a wrong post on Facebook that the park would close at 8, but when we arrived we discovered was about to close, we had only 45 minutes. We asked the staff a reduction on the price since it was only for such a short time and the answer was no, they didn't try to understand at all the situation even if we said we drove all the way down with our 15months daughter. We also point out that at the parking the price for adults was 100b, but one of the lady very rudely kept showing us another price. So basically they asked us 350b for my daughter and 400b for me and my husband! This park is advertising itself as a child friendly, family friendly space, full of fun? I think this park has 0 clues of family friendly environment and what doest it mean give a nice service to guests! They should change the eyes of the tiger with two big dollars symbols, it will represent themselves better!

Great place if you have children till the age of 4, lots to do for them. Even though they are under construction still something is open. Not so much to do for an older children because the playground is full of baby toys and slides also the pool is shallow 50cm. Great that money you pay at the entrance you can use for the food inside (drinks not included) so you pay for the entrance and food as in one. Recommend ☀️

Good value for money, my daughters had a great time and the food was good. One woman brought her sick child to the indoor play area and the two of them spent the time coughing repeatedly while touching every toy. We left to avoid them but unfortunately not soon enough and one of my toddlers is now sick!! This isn't the parks fault so I am not docking a star... But please put up a sign in english and RUSSIAN to keep your child, if sick, home!!!!

My daughter was very disappointed with the park today. She has hurt the leg while sliding in the pool. Before she liked the park and always asked to come so we visited it every weekend. But it seems like we were lucky not hurt before because everything in the kid’s pool and in the playroom is very old and in poor condition. It was many blood when she hurt the leg and there’s no nurse or a doctor in a park. Now she says that she is afraid of the park. And I understand that it’s better not to come back again because it’s not safe. By the way last weekend the water in kid’s pool was green and my daughter’s swimsuit even changed colour because of the water though she already used this swimming suit many times in different pools and the colour was as new.

A great little park for the whole family. Children are not bored here and there is a lot to discover. The Love rawai Café offers enough space for parents to watch their children from there

Located not far from Rawai beach down a back street. We were dropped off by taxi there but actually had to walk through the park to get to the “entrance “ to buy tickets. Had to buy socks there too as we only were wearing flip-flops on arrival. The indoor air conditioned area is really really cool. My kids loved it. There is a big area, a few imagination stations and a Huge selection of toys for both boys and girls to play with. The swimming area was good fun but had seen better days. The water slides are turned on when you enter the pool thankfully as my kids were disappointed initially when we got there and nothing was on. You’ll need to get changed in the bathroom which isn’t ideal as there’s not much space if you’re with the little ones. There’s a small petting zoo there too with lots of goats, chickens and doves. I didn’t particularly like seeing this and didn’t feel the need for them as there’s plenty more to do there. Needless to say, in the heat, as far away as the pool all I could smell was animal waste which was very unpleasant. Maybe being able to buy water And Ice cream in the one spot would be handy instead of having to buy water in the cafe and ice cream at the entrance. Overall, 3 stars.

Many restaurants and fresh sea food available here. Don’t have public beach like patong beach. Mostly you can see lots of boats for another island tours. You can buy fresh sea food and restaurants will prepare the sea food as per your preference. Must visit place for sea food lovers.

Very poor play gym. 350bt for a parent and child. Inside there is barely any equipment for the kids and there was no lighting so it's all very dark. Equipment is very old and worn. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Not very well maintained, bitter disappointment. I recommend looking elsewhere. No air-conditioning working or turned on either

Nice pool, daughter had fun here. Restaurant good is tasty. Soft play nice size, area for kids to run around. I understand about socks requirement, but when I see kids and adult walking around the park, from restaurant to soft play area in and out all the time, the sock are muddy and dirty and they are still allowed into the soft play area, what the different from wearing shoe?

Relaxed place for toddlers with a shallow. pool, several play areas and a very good restaurant inside. The staff were brilliant and the place is a great place for your little one's to blow off some steam. I'll be coming back again.

Not easily accessible unless by driving. If you stay at the Rawai VIP villas it will probably be a good place for kids to have fun. If you are intentionally going down from a far up place it may not be that worth it.

Good place for kids, not so much to do for grown ups but you can drink something while watching the kids play or sunbathe a bit.

The indoor play area is good for smaller children and my daughter liked it. However, there are some things that I'm disappointed with. A lot of the toys lacked batteries and wouldn't make sound, even if that's the sole purpose of those toys (music toys etc). You aren't even allowed to bring one water bottle for the baby, and when you need to buy one the price is 50 bath (a bottle of water usually costs between 6-10 bath). And for a day, children needs a lot of water running around. So some things could be a lot better for a better review.

Nice activity park with a paddling pool with slides, covered play ground and indoor play area with a/c (bring socks), aimed at the under 7 age group. No outside food or drinks allowed but they serve nice, good quality food inside (although more $$). Small, clean facility block with toilets, showers and changing areas. Been a few times and can recommend.

I have been coming here with my kids for years, and we enjoy it enough to make the 30 min drive from Kathu. As of December 2023, the outdoor playground is being renovated, and the head waiter was kind of rude, not just to us but to other guests, too. I have thus removed two stars from my original review from 2020, but I will visit again and would still recommend the place.

Lifeguard-supervised kiddy pool. Larger pool available for older guests. Bubble foam machine and surprise buffet lunch included. Was lots of all-day fun and not expensive for just the swimming package. Kids club activities packages also available.

Great and affordable spot to take your kids, 0-6 or maybe 7 is the best age I would say. Great food too in restaurant for the whole family.

Whilst the indoor soft play was great, the staff were not. Not once did they look up from watching tv on their phone. I had to leave the play area with my 9 month old becuase the 8-10year old language school kids were playing so rough it felt unsafe but no one stopped them. The front gate also confiscated sterilised water I had brought for the babies bottle. It is mad they won’t let you bring in water which is a basic human need …
