I spent my very first night in Thailand here in 2004, when I first moved to Phuket. And I have since stayed in Palm Garden Resort several times and always thoroughly enjoyed it. The pool and gardens are beautiful. The rooms are a bit dated but offer everything one could ask for. Food in the restaurant is great. Especially, the Panaeng Curry is the very best I have tasted anywhere in Thailand. But above all it is the staff that make this place special.

A large swimming pool where you can spend time. Drinks are conveniently available at the bar. The room was brand new and it's really peaceful here. Great staff and a really good restaurant. If you go diving, it's a few minutes' walk to the pier. I recommend!

Love staying here nice rooms great pool just far enough of the road to be peaceful but still a close walk to everything. Second stay straight after Covid lifted and it’s still cozy

We are just back from a holiday in Thailand and spent a few days in Palm Garden, which was a really lovely and peaceful place. We used the pool for some dive training and it was fabulous. The pool is really spacious and is over 3m deep in the deep part, which was great for dive training. Otherwise about 1-1.3m which was great for the kids. Everything was super clean, there is plenty of sunbeds around the pool with umbrellas and lots of large palm trees for shade. It's like an oasis very close to the harbour which was great to get to in the morning to go on boat trips. The resort also has a restaurant with the most delicious Thai (and Western) food, yummy shakes, lovely coffee and great cocktails! They taste twice as good at happy hour every afternoon ;) The staff is super helpful, very polite and always smiling of course. All up, we had a really great time and hope we'll be back one day again.

Nice cozy place with a large private pool. Would come back. Update:. Husband suffered food poisoning last night. Asked security guard for some water as the maids didn't leave us any (didn't think anything of it at the time). Security guard has keys to everything BUT water (no I'm not kidding). He phoned his boss (as he didn't speak English) who explained to me that the water was locked up. Had to walk to 7-11 at 3 in the morning just to get water. Changed review accordingly.

Great place to stay and get padi certified. Was here about 12 years ago before they were able grow and expand and the reason is due to their excellent service and care for their guests.

    1. They don't search for lost items!!!! Even though it's a five-star hotel... Usually, small items are returned at checkout. I left my Chanel bag at the resort, but they don't find it because I don't have it. Considering that he did not find the new air freshener he left because it was too bulky on purpose, he clearly said there was no Chanel bag on purpose. There was even an ID card in the Chanel bag. Please check 100 times and 1000 times so that you don't leave your lost and found. 2. Counter, some restaurant staff, and room cleaning staff are unfriendly. There are no employees who can speak English well. - I waited a long time at the check-in, so I asked the counter staff to ask for cool water, so I asked them to go to the restaurant directly. - I left the room key in the room and asked for the key, and the counter staff frowned and handed it to me as if it was annoying without saying anything. - I asked for ice with room service, but I didn't have any change to tip. The employee looked very unpleasant because he didn't tip, and he frowned at me when he was in the coffee section at breakfast. (If you see a female and acne-prone employee, you have to give them tips so that the trip can be fun.) - I was asked when I was going to clean the room, so I was going to hang the cleaning in front of the door when I left. I ask you to check the time clearly with an unpleasant expression, frowning again at what time you leave. Overall, there is no service mind. 3. Taxis in the resort are expensive. Hoi An -> 120 round trips to Danang Han Market. 4. It's an accommodation that made me feel uncomfortable.

Beautiful place, serene and peaceful. Away from the hustle and street. Need to walk in about 5-8min to get to the resort. Rooms are simple and clean, great for divers.
