Decent hospital, but had a very bad very experience. Brought my daughter to this hospital. because her face and hands was swollen due to allergy. however, the nurse do a swab test and says she had RSV. was told to admit for observation. however, at that time she only have slight fever and swollen eye. at first i was reluctant to. However, my wife was worried, so we admit. nice room nice view. expensive. evening my daughter was suppose to take medication but she refuse. Screaming and shouting refusing to take the medication. the nurse came and brought her to another room, we went together. she still refuse to take the medication. The nurse told us to wait at our room. if parents are there the kids don't take medication in that kind of situation. so I went back. My wife waited outside that room. After awhile she find it weird, why the room was so quiet. she went in and saw the 2 nurses tied our daughter down on the bed pouring the medication into my daughter's mouth making her chock and vomit. when they saw my wife. they say 'ok don't need to take medicine if you don't want to' my wife came back carrying my daughter told me the whole ordeal. I was shocked. I wanted to kill myself for walking out on my daughter, trusting the nurses. I carry my daughter in my arms and she kept saying 'i vomit, i vomit'. I was crying in my heart. I betrayed my daughter by leaving her to the hands of the "Professionals". I hope the 2 nurses rot in hell. If you are reading this. Please do not leave your kids to anyone, anywhere, when they say kids will always misbehave in front of parents. Don't Listen to Them!!! Always be there to watch what they are doing. My kids may be young to forget this ordeal. But I don't think i will. At least not in a short period of time.

I wasted over 2 hours waiting for doctor's to become available(while it was very quiet) simply to give the cost of 2 types of blood tests(which were 37,200baht?!) and was then charged 880baht for the inconvenience of being quoted such absurd amounts! So frustrating! I won't be going back there again! Paying a premium for their ignorance..

Had an appointment at 230pm, saw the doctor only at 4pm with others who arrived after me going before me. Tried asking the nurses in the GI office why that was the case, only for them to attempt to blame me for coming late (which was not the case) and then blatantly attempt to lie that others arrived before me (which they did not). Extremely unpleasant experience which tarred the previous pleasant one. Update: and they lost my appointment slip again after I had registered, ended up waiting for an hour again. The GI clinic nurses are terrible, and need a proper work process!

Good hospital with service hospitality. We went there for some check up for documentation with all thing we need. As per my brother need support for doctor certification for work permit. Great service from the nurses who assisted us for we need and completed our planned. Hygiene and neat as expected.

I have been to this hospital twice now mainly due to its convenient location along a highway rather than in the congested city centre and have been very happy with the service. I visited the ER after a motorbike accident and I was in and out in 45 minutes including assessment, x-rays + assessment, casting and sorting out insurance + payment. The staff spoke good English and were quick & efficient. They were also straightforward about pricing, and told me immediately how much the total price was going to be over my insurance-covered maximum. Edit to orignial review: I reduced my rating because I found out, that the hospital possibly dealt wrongly with my knee MCL injury. Instead of following recommended protocol which is a cast for up to 48h followed by a hinged knee brace, they made me wear a cast for 2 weeks. Having the cast on itself caused me a great deal of issues, which took me months to recover from. I went to remove the cast by another hospital sooner and bought my own knee brace from Lazada. I estimate my recovery would have been much quicker with correct treatment.

I was COVID test positive, I went to see a doctor on Monday after 2 hour they brought me a phone to talk with doctor!!!!? no physical test no checking the chest , he just asked do you have fever !!!? are you coughing, do you want some medicine to relive the symptoms, and that's all ,,,, ,so I said no thanks , and they charge me doctor fee and hospital fee,, ،،،for that, today I received message to go and follow up I went there after 2 hours still they didn't know why I was there so I cancelled my appointment and left the hospital, I was your regular costumer, but not anymore I will change to another place

This hospital has terrible service. Even some patient got covid, they just sent e-mail of the result. No any additional information or instruction. And they only are interested in customer spending money. Only this word, TERRIBLE

I have a good gastroenterologist at Thai Nakarin. The staff is professional, friendly and helpful. The doctor fees and lab fees are moderate. The food court is affordable. The parking is adequate.

Way way way far overpriced compared to the service they provide. Many doctors seen wearing their masks under their noses. Ain’t that funny? With the same amount of money spent you can get a far more decent service and safety at top hospitals.

Don't go unless you have an unlimited insurance coverage. We had 10000 baht accident coverage and when my daughter fractured her arm the hospital made sure we used all of the 10 thousand. So I had to pay my own money for the next two visits. Some months later my son had the same exact accident and his bill at Saint Louis Hospital was less than 3000 baht. Thainakarin charged 4000 baht for doctor fee, 3000 for cast, and they did separate xrays for arm and hand 630 baht each, St. Louis only did one for 350 baht all together. Total bill for Thainakarin was 9247 baht for an arm fracture. Also nurses don't speak English here and they provide a translator. Last time a translator took us to orthopedic department told us to wait and left. We waited for more than an hour and when I approached the counter they said they were not informed about us and told us to take a queue. I said I already waited more than anyone in the waiting room and they did something so that we could visit a doctor in half an hour.

1-explain your symptoms to a "specialist" 2- Diagnosis? Hmm I don't know 3- 3000b please! And see you next week of course! They are just here cause they need to refund the mortgage on their sailboat but dont expect anything like a diagnosis! and a see you next week! where on earth would you have to pay a plumber who leave a pipe leaking! See you next week and dont forget your credit card!!!!

Very disappointed with service and rude doctor. They did not understand my situation but did not allow me time to explain, instead interrupting while I was trying to explain. Got nowhere with assistance but they still charged!

If you can afford somewhere else, run away. Not impressed with emergency from the start, you need to park 3 floor up and closest gate on that floor was locked - my leg injured and had to drag myself down to first floor. Admin is also slow and don’t know what to do with insurance. Wasted almost the time there waiting - sign said if you wait for more than 15 minutes, contact staff. I contacted staff and told to keep waiting. Ridiculous.

Even though the hospital is a bit old. It is a place for sickness near home for our family. Mother has had heart treatment with Dr. Ekkasit for a long time. Thank you all for taking care of us. When your mother is in the hospital Both the doctors and nurses took very good care of me.

my 2nd child was born in this hospital. The cost is same as the information before. all in no additional cost. no hidden cost. all process mostly on time from check in, surgery, and return to room. we can enter the surgery room after baby delivery finish. the patient room is big and clean. baby take care very good by nurse. check in check out is very smooth and no take long. but most of nurse can not speac english so a bit challange for us. need to improve only the quality of food because other hospital serve menu better variation ^^ now we only waiting birth certificated that take 2 days after check out. overall is satisfy.

Appointment times in the GI clinic are a joke. They set your appointment time at 1230pm, but I'm still waiting at 130pm.

Worst hospital experience ever ! Went to the emergency room yesterday got prescriptions for 3 pills and scheduled for 2 appointments today. The 1st doctor didn’t ask me anything, ran on automatic and then after he sent me out they found out he didn’t even check what he was supposed to and just gave me more pills . The second doctor ignored me, didn’t listen, acted like a was stupid and was overall very rude. I spent the entire day here and a good amount of money but they still didn’t run any tests or have any idea of what I have. The staff asked for my forgiveness because the doctor was known to be rude. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. The only decent doctor here is a gynaecologist.

Our regular hospital, service is brilliant. Con is the noise from the road if the room is facing it. Maintenance is needed for sound proofing.

Reviewing just from experience with Neurology department. No update on progress & preliminary diagnosis provided to family regarding condition of patient (my 71 year old mother who blacked out and has been feeling weak since the morning ). After ultrasound หลอดเลือดสมอง (1st test before MRI) , mom said the doctor didn’t provide any information regarding the potential cause. I understand an MRI is also needed to complete the diagnosis, but a family member should have been called in to be present to help listen in every part of the process especially for an elderly patient. Seems quite basic and common sense especially for a private hospital.

Terrible pharmacist

Medicine Department service was disappointing. My temp was 38 degree Celsius up but, about 10 min, when arrived, their department was so cold and nurse measured my temp at armpit without noticing I was shivering. And an old school thermonitor said my temp is 36.9! When back home, my temp even worst than 38. I usually take medical care at this hospital. But this case, I was very disappointed for this department quality.

This hospital is ok for Foreigner, they speak English. Went there for work permit heath certificate. If you have serious problem better to go somewhere else.

It is a standardized hospital. There are many specialist doctors, good service. I like to go to the otolaryngologist every Friday. Professional lovely doctor But the price is a bit expensive

Avoid this hospital been a patient for 4 years there, If a doctor cannot answer or return a call after prescribing you medication after 1 day then you take a gamble.

Good hospital in this area! For OB-Gyne, I would recommend Dr. Marisa. She is a specialist of Laparo OB-gyne. I did stay here 3 days and all staffs here were good! Comfortable room and there were useful stuffs inside. A bit expensive but they will clarify every expenses before do the treatment here. Hope not to come back again (not getting sick), but if it necessary, I would be here for my treatment for sure.
