Really bad hospital wasting time. Staff doesn't know how to speak English and really bad communication skills. Caution: Don't visit this hospital.

I'm from UK and getting to see a doctor or arranging an appointment in the UK has been ridiculously difficult so for peace of mind I decided to get an advanced check at B.Care located in the Sai Mai area of Bangkok. All the staff were very friendly and the testing started straight away. I paid 9,500 baht for the advanced option but if I was to do this in the UK every test would mean a seperate appointment and would take months to complete. This has saved me maybe 10 UK appointments. After the testing is complete I was given 100 baht food voucher and was able to get 2 meals and a soup all of which were really good taste. After eating I then waited for results and the doctor explained everything and each part she asked me if I understood, she did not rush and gave me further advice on things I need to follow up on. Overall I was extremely pleased with the whole process and will do it all again next year. Thank you to all the staff. Mark

Worst hospital ever. the staff don’t even know what they are doing, when asked question they don’t reply. They can’t even speak, read or understand English which is basically the international language spoken everywhere. Mixes up the medical papers, does the work slow and spends half of the time on phone talking, NOT RECCOMMENDED AT ALL. REALLY RUDE AND INKOWLEDGEABLE STAFF

In the hospital there is a Wellness Center that gives an atmosphere not like being in a hospital. Beautiful design, good atmosphere, good reception staff. Stop by for an inexpensive vaccination.

Rude staffs. The doctors insisted on running multiple tests on my mom and still misdiagnosed (telling her she most likely has a cancer when she only has pelvic adhesion). They also gave us very little information on what is going on and why certain procedures were done. We later transferred to a public hospital and got much better care.

I visit this hospital for last two years and made a lot of procedures here, from plastic surgery to standard health check-ups. Prices are good, doctors are high qualified, staff is well-trained and very helpful and polite. I almost never have to wait in queue, as the process is so well-organised, if you need to wait for some tests to get ready - there is a Starbucks right in the hospital. I would highly recommend doctor Elena, she became a family doctor for me. She’s always ready to help, give a medical advice and find the best solution for any medical condition. It’s a great hospital with nice atmosphere and fair prices, where you’ll be well taken care of.

It was a pleasure to visit a medical centre for the first time especially I can recommend it for foreigners. Medical staff speaks fluent English and I received all required recommendations and explicit answering to my questions. High quality of medical services at normal price. I would definitely recommend!

I can reccomend this hospital for a foriners as well. The staff speak English and quite friendly.. I'm using the international department and pay some fees but I'm very happy for the service! The hospital accepts social insurance as well and that's make it's so convenient! Thank you!

Al the doctor in this hospital first solution is you stay over night and maybe more because you need serum + the actual medicine that you need, don’t trust why so many people have to stay over night!!

Small hospital with small values. Rude staff. Terrible customer service. Inflate bills of foreigners expect to pay over the local rate. Old, tired rooms with broken air conditioning. There are much better hospitals in Bangkok.

The clinic exhibited exceptional cleanliness, friendliness, and professionalism. As an Australian patient, I had a scheduled procedure; however, I made the regrettable error of allowing only one day of recovery before my return flight. Despite the clinic's potential financial incentive to proceed with the operation, Dr. Elena demonstrated the utmost professionalism by advising against it due to the recovery risks associated with a 14-hour flight. The clinic prioritized the well-being of the patient over financial considerations and granted me the autonomy to make an informed decision. Although I did not receive the specific medical treatment originally planned, I am profoundly impressed by the clinic's unwavering commitment to providing high standards of care and professionalism. Consequently, I fully intend to revisit the clinic in the forthcoming months.

It's like they haven't checked into the room for less than 1 minute. Have them come out and sit and wait to receive their medicine. Confused.

Very bad, the surgeon's examination, treated for fever, passed the examination, said the pain was severe, still gave medicine, came to see 2 times, but still the same. Didn't check anything. Very bad. No ethics.
