99% of staff is completely useless. They are poorly trained for the department they are working in. 5 different employees tell me "no have" when I described what i wanted. I gave a brand name, a price from their website and a picture and still said no have. I had to call my wife to send me a link from their webpage (no translation of webpage on phone so couldnt find with english), only then did they say they have. Its like that everytime. Also, half the time i go in there the up escalator is not working 🤷🏼‍♂️.

So many staff standing around doing nothing, have to chase them up for information. Look closely at the items for sale, a lot of them are damaged but still put out on display and they're trying to sell them for full price! Garbage shop, lazy staff, will never return.

l buy a lawn mower less than a month. after 15 minutes use it stops. l back at global phuket showed them video but the guy after 3 minutes use he said ok no problem one week after same problem new videos but no return no change nothing DONT BUY ANYTHING HERE

I went to this store at 7 p.m. it was closed I was refused entry even though it is written everywhere that it closes at 8 p.m. especially since I came from afar

Great store. However the last 2 times I’ve gone there their systems have been down! Why don’t the owners do something to improve their useless systems and give better customer service! This is ridiculous now

Everytime I go here I go straight to home pro after to find what I need. Today I came for 3 items. Two safes and a mirror. All three items I wanted they only have one left and it's the floor model. The models have scratches and missing keys. They still insist on charging full price. They believe used with no packaging is same value as new in box. Dave yourself the trip go to the new Thai Watsudoo down the road or home pro.

This place is riiping you off: No service No free delivery (the more you buy, the more you pay) No discount on last item in stock (damaged): full price. No management in sight After calling, a so called "manager" said on the phone that of all problems mentioned during orders, he doesn't care. Of course, he never showed up, probably more comfortable to seated in his office than solving problems. 30 days delay on anything they have on display but not in stock. 100% deposit. RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. GO TO LAZADA FOR BETTER SERVICE AND MUCH BETTER PRICES.

I just visited this store to purchase a back support belt and some other items for some employees that I have working for me. An employee at the store approached me with anger because I opened a cheap 300 bhat support belt to check the size. After about 2 minutes of him reprimanding me, I just put my items back and left the store. This man needs a lesson in customer service from the USA. I have purchased a few rental homes in Phuket and am doing a complete remodel of them. Of course, I won’t be using this store for the materials needed. Dr. S

Global House is a slightly overpriced place to buy a washer or dryer, paint, and tiles, for instance. If you want to buy a lightbulb, sure, they have you covered. If you want to buy a socket to screw that bulb into, that's where they are lacking. Save a trip and order from Lazada or shopee unless you need it today. You might find yourself needing to after you visit the store anyways.

Staff is there as decor, dont have any clue about the section they are, and prefer to hide in some corridor to play with the phone. They are nice tho, zero stress and help. Translation: worst management ever.

It's a very good shop, with many choices. Just one thing, manager is not competent. he don't know what is a customer and services. very pity for that

Website would be much better with English section. I cannot order anything online if I can't read it. YOu lose my business to Home Pro just for that reason.

Compared to HomePro prices are better here. Nobody even speaks a tiny bit of English.Building materials a lot cheaper then other places in Phuket.

Cheaper than HomePro, but some higher standard stuff are missing. Good to have it in the area, so always go first to Global and only if cannot get what needed stop by HomePro.

Massive Hardware, Household Appliances, Televisions, Refrigerators, Kitchens, Furniture, Paints Tools and much much more. A very well stocked Store and stock presentation is excellent. Staff are very polite and seem to be experienced in their specialised area's.

2 floors. Huge place. Not a lot of English spoken but have a picture of what you are looking for always helps. They had the paint color I couldn't find anywhere else.

A good alternative too homepro..... Plenty of staff on hand if you need help.... Well stocked with different products giving a better choice....Price wise they are very much on-par or better then Homepro's prices 👍 well worth checking out.

I love it inside have a small Japanese shop same moshi moshi but the things are much better I find some plastic box amazing... Very good
