I am shocked. If u could give 7 stars I would give it. The place is large, it's brand newly renovated, has fancy sparkling new glass elevators, lobby is squeeky clean and modern, rooms have many side lights around, fridge, everything is new feeling. Sheets awesome. The room is a large studio with a decent work desk, kinda feels more like a studio condo (which is a good thing). New LCD flat screen tv. Lovely view from room 322 over a heritage building in ruins. The cost : 450 baht walk in price is unbelievable for this quality, I can't imagine anywhere in Phuket town could beat this for value and quality. Reception staff are super friendly and helpful. The hotel is down a driveway off the main Street so it is absolutely silent in the room, no traffic noise or bar noise etc. I cannot go on enough about how awesome this place is especially for the money.

Very good place. Chexk it our by yourself. New, clean, not expensive and in phuket oldtown, easy going to all places you need. So come here. BETTER...

Overall it was a beautiful stay. You can hire a scooter or bike from the hotel they will charge 300baht but you have to deposit 2000baht as a security deposit, while in check in they will charge 200baht extra for the rooms security deposit , both the amount is refundable.

Not the usual 5 star experience! Lifts didn't work while we were here. We had to carry our bags up on check in ourselves. Staff are friendly and they have limited services here. No breakfast or dinner - actually no meals. No laundry services. Many things you request you pay extra for, like soap & shampoo, towels, water.... . The rooms are clean, the air conditioning works well. 1 key per room, did make it a bit difficult since we often went to different places and returned at different times.

It’s good for a short budget stay, although not at the heart of Phuket old town, but it’s pretty close to the main streets of Phuket old town. Room was quite clean, except for the bottom of the beds, it’s full of dust haha. And it’s not very soundproof.
