Massive airport field with different shops both local and international. The security check is fast, the check-in services work fine, The passport control area is also fast. The design of the place is beautiful. There are multiple seats, charging ports and shops to spend your time. There’s nothing that needs improving in this airport, it’s a perfectly working international airport.

The airport was always bustling with people. Crowded and busy. But during pandemic, the airport is empty and quiet. Cleanliness is still well maintained. And they have taken this time to renovate certain areas of the airport. Not all counters are open so do check your check-in counter before proceeding. One thing good is, during passport control, there is no long queue. Immigration was smooth, quick and easy. Don't expect much once you pass the passport control as most shops are under renovation. At a certain time, there will be no more food stalls open at the airport, so come prepared if you're coming to the airport late night.

Great structure and design, with area space large and convenient. The architecture of the departure hall is splendid -- high roof, large space, nice office counters, and great decorations everyehere. A lot of food outlets serve good foods with good price. And a lot of good places to hang out and relax just before your departure, giving every passenger comfort and convenience in their travels. The environment is clean, clear and fresh although it is very crowded sometimes due to high number of passengers.

Nice airport structure and many shops are open now after years of the pandemic. Many drinks and food options to choose from. The airport is clean and staff are always friendly as usual! Taxi and train services are easily accessible from the airport! To avoid massive wait in the traffic, I highly recommend taking the train out from the airport to your next destination.

Airline counters are so busy, so you have to come earlier than your flight. I love that they care about the hygiene of the airport, and they have smart vacuum cleaners everywhere around. Duty free prices is also good, and they have many restaurants like burger king, macdonals and subway. I also like there are taxi counter that u can easily take your drive from

International Airport of Bangkok. Very specious, clean and well managed. Staffs were very helpful. There’s a lot of restaurants, cafe, bookstore and pretty much everything you need before travel. Many of Duty Free’s shops were closed since the first COVID-19 outbreak but recently most of them are re-opening and under maintenance. The airport is connected to the parking building which has a great number of parking spots with reasonable fee.

Bangkok International Airport is one of the most beautiful airports in the world. Thailand is known as the land of orchids, so the whole airport is covered with beautiful orchid flowers .Bangkok has several airports so when traveling please check your ticket so that you do not miss the wrong terminal airport. we flew with Qatar Airways.

Very modern airport. One of the biggest in Asia. It‘s going through a lot of changes: a new terminal is being build and the food section is being extended. It already got a big update during COVID. Distances at the airport are quite big. It‘s good to have 30min after immigration and before boarding. You can easily spend a few hours here if you are in transit. They have the classic food options and a few nicer, Thai ones as well. Most of the restaurants are located around the F gates

Very nice and friendly environment where to start or finish the vacation in the country of smiling people. There is a lot of opportunities where to grab a lot of local food or drinks. Even if you didn't buy any souvenir here is the place where to do that. Transportation between the gates is very clear and easy to understand. People from the ground staff are very friendly and willing to help you anytime with anything.

Effortless, beautiful and efficient airport. Check in is very fast and airline staff are eager to help you. Going through passport control and security was a breeze. Everything runs very smoothly. Lots of shopping stores and duty frees so you can stock up on some delicious Thai snacks before your flight. The Miracle Lounge is also amazing to wait in before your flight. If you're flying with Qatar and you have a lounge pass, definitely go here. There's a lot of delicious food ready to eat. Overall, fantastic airport, no issues at all. Easy to navigate, clean and the staff are friendly. Welcome to the land of smiles.

It’s a decent international airport. A lot of very high-end shops and large duty free markets. They have nice artwork set up here and there throughout. I’ve never had an issue with airport administration and the security moves fairly fast. Basically the hugest hub in Southeast Asia. You can fly everywhere from here.

One of the busiest airports in South east Asia (pre COVID times) as Bangkok holds record for highest foreign visitors for consecutive 6 years as per master card stats before pandemic… this airport has lot of eat outs, enough lounge access, battery car assistance, duty free shops… but not much entertaining options… due to high tourist movement you would need minimum 1 hour to clear immigration and security checks… if this airport can add few entertainment options like net cafe, play areas for kids it would be a complete package and with some more focus on cleanliness it would be in top 10 airports in the world like Changi or Hamad airport.

Arrivals into Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport from overseas during pandemic is still a complicated affair: 1. You will have to book and pre-pay hotel room and PCR tests upfront 2. Then you apply for Thai Pass QR Code which requires you to upload all your info including pre-payment, vaccine history, COVID insurance 3. This application takes up to a week, so you just can’t do impulse travel. Then you need to do PCR Test 72-hours prior to departure before your flight a 4. On arrival process at airport is efficient but when you arrive at hotel for Test & Go PCR tests, you are not allowed to leave your room for about 9-12 hours until your PCR test results show you are negative Departure processes are pretty similar with pre-pandemic but one can just see how Thailand has suffered the past 2-years as Bangkok was the most visited destination in the world in 2019.

Suvarnabhumi Airport is a large airport. It is quite far from the city. There is a spacious interior. There are several buildings for parking, including outdoor parking. The basic amenities are pretty good and passenger management system is good. There are many shops inside. There are various brand name items for sale.

Nice airport quite big and spacious. Extremely crowded and very hard to walk around. Lots of branded stores past the immigration gate in the departure area, Lots of shops selling mango sticky rice and other cuisines apart from Thai. The DFS king power has a lot of different and unique delicacies and snacks only in the airport, recommend to visit. There are eateries and restaurants in the airport but only major franchises. A lot of toilets around the airport.

Regular airport with all basic amenities for passangers. Passport control is fast in general. Seating facilities inside airport are average, nothing exciting. Duty free area has a lot of variety of goods.

Everything is organized. The restrooms are clean. Everyone working there is polite. Custom could be faster but the wait wasn’t horrible. The taxi port is high tech for different options: long distance, short distance, even electric option. Good job Thailand!

Recovering well after the covid years, Suvarnabhumi Airport is again often very crowded with long queues and signs of inefficiency. Big and spacious, it can be hard on the feet and take a long time to reach your departure area. Plenty of branded stores once you pass immigration and also plenty of food shops. These can get a bit 'tacky' during busy times Like most duty free shops now, prices are not better than ordinary shops in town. Booze is often higher priced here! There are plenty of toilets around the airport, but sometimes finding free water dispensers can be difficult.

Suvarnabhumi Airport is the large international airport. As you know, Thailand is one of the best tourist destination in the world, so tens of hundreds of people visit it. You need to assume that it takes a long time to go through the departure gate. The boarding gate has lots of luxurious shops.

The airport is huge! The circulations are clear and easy to understand. There are signages everywhere, and everything is translated in English for ease. The immigration officers are friendly and patient. There are duty-free zones both at arrival and departure. Moving walkways are everywhere in this airport. There are information counters, small cafes, taxi hire booths, tour companies and so many other small booths that make travelling throughout Thailand easy.

Very organized during the COVID era. Direction, signage, assistants, and cleanliness were all great. Everything was moving in a calm and constant speedy manner. Many designated areas for many different purpose. If you have a long layover please bring food, you are only allowed in a certain area. The only good there was instant noodle.

Suvarnabhumi is biggest international airport in Thailand. Infrastructures are excellent. Immigration officials are friendly and helpful. Various good quality items are available in duty free shops. Taxi always available at gate. Only drawback observed by me is, need to walk too much on long way from immigration desk to boarding.

It was clean and nice. Arrangements were very impressive. The staff was very polite and caring. Chair arrangement for arrivals was also very good. Not very crowded during midnight. All shops were open surprisingly. I bought many food items from Taste of Thailand. Also bought a balm. I will try and post review for it later separately. Very good vibes at the airport shops. Keep some extra hand bag for convenience. Because If you will take their hand bag it will be very heavy And tiring to carry that all over the place. So it is better keep some extra space in ur bag or take another backpack!

In pandemic situations airport is not running normal operation. Not crowded and many shops outlet are closed. Departure area and counters are unlikely few people. Strictly following safety guidelines. Government not allowed as less as people to travel. Tax refund and immigration counters have no rush at all. Very clean environment though.

This is one of the best airport I have been to in years of travelling. During this difficult time of air travel, the airport keep open for a very limited flights. I admire the protocol they enforce here for arriving passengers this time of pandemic. Imagine how busy it was prepandemic. The flock of tourist and travellers here, the businesses and the number of Thai working here, lost their jobs and livelihood. But inspite of this, the airport improves its facility with the installation of selfcheck in machines, contactless passport and boarding pass checking and so much more and for sure, Suvarnabhumi will be back to where it was before.

Standard airport in good shape. Thai people are so nice and everyone's English was polite & effective. Very intricate covid procedures. Rows of chairs set up while first they checked all covid related documents, including your Thai pass, then they officially let you through. They say a continuing ticket is required, but they didn't ask. Then a moderate walk to immigration, and a thorough immigration check. Airport ATMs dispense rather large quantities. 5000 baht is like a month's rent, and that's the smallest amount. Almost overwhelming hotel reception area due to the required quarantine, many hotel logos & operators.

The best airport on the planet. Comfortable, easy to navigate, plenty of affordable food. The staff is amazing. They have a talent to organise and manage big numbers of people. The crowd which looks massive will gone in the matter of minutes. Amazing job

Quite a long process which makes sense considering we were flying in from abroad. The whole process was quite smooth and straightforward. Just took a bit of a while because there were so many people. Of course we couldn’t we couldn’t check out the airport’s shops and food since we were under the Test N Go program. However toilets were very clean and the arrangement of transportation to our QRA was seamless. I’d recommend you properly prepare print outs of your QRA documents, travel pass, medical insurance and address while you’re in Thailand so that you have minimal road bumps.

The process is so fast, they clean everything which is good, very limited choice of food, due to covid. There is one vending machine by the gate.
