First, the food was really good. However, I am giving a 3 because after 4 months of being in Thailand, this is the first place I have gone to that did not include the vat in the price and added a 10% service charge. I will not go back because they didn't communicate this before I ordered.

I was very happy to found this restaurant open at 11:30pm. Ordered chicken taco and chicken and rise dish for take away. Chicken taco was good but chicken steak and rice was disaster. Chicken steak was raw from inside. They just grilled from top for a formality. I literally throw the food in dustbin. I was not sad about the money I lost. I got irritated coz I didn’t find any restaurant open at midnight after having this terrible experience with them. I will never order food from them again!

After living in Guadalajara, Mexico for 3 years, these are the best tacos I’ve found in Thailand. From Chiang Mai to Phuket, I stop and try every Mexican restaurant I see, searching for authentic Mexican food and Sunrise does it best. The ‘Tijuana Tacos’ on the menu are what you’ll find throughout Mexico. The fresh, simple ingredients and large portions combine to give the best taste of real Mexican food. Great staff at this location, particularly Ella, who was a fantastic host and server. Her strong English, people skills and professionalism made the experience even better. Promotion is in order for her dedicated service. I’ll be a regular customer trying your different locations and will recommend to friends. This is a well-run business, keep up the good work! A second visit two days later yielded the same results. Very good Mexican food 👌🇲🇽

Huge portions and delicious tex-mex. I missed USA tex-mex and this really satisfies the craving. And they have sooooo many veg and vegan meat options! Will be back!

It was the worst food delivery experience. I'll never use this restaurant. Since staff of this restaurant mistakenly put my order slip on another customer’s order, I was offended by wasting over 30 minutes of my time being involved in a problem between the restaurant and that customer. And I was very disappointed that the restaurant suspected that I ate something that was not my order. The item that I received was correct as I ordered and I didn't understand why I had to waste time, and the staff who made the mistake tried to solve the problem personally instead of handling it as an organization. If there was not enough product, why not just deliver the missing product again?

Didn’t even get the right order to start with and they offered no apologies or courtesy to fix it. This order was of course more money than the dish I originally asked for so had to pay this on-top of a massive service charge, where even was the good service?? You don’t add service charge on if the service is inadequate. Such a shame as I was so excited for the food.

Food was good but service was very slow for how expensive the food was. Was very disappointed to see a mandatory service charge on the bill, especially when it was so slow. I understand they are busy but it took such a long time to even get our order in. Also beware that VAT is not included. Pretty much everywhere else in Thailand it’s included in the price but I guess not here. Won’t be back

THE FOOD HERE IS INCREDIBLE!!! Best Mexican I've had in SEA, hands down. They also have a vegan/vegetarian menu that you have to ask for. The prices are the same as the regular menu, which I appreciated. The service was amazing, the Beyond Beef nachos and burrito were UNBELIEVABLE. I wish this was a chain across Thailand, that's how good it is. <3 LOVEEEEEEE

Large portions. The presentation is beautiful - in the picture you can see the Mexican flag made of sauces. friendly atmosphere, very nice waitress. The cafe itself is not big enough, just a couple of tables, but cozy. A piece of Mexico in Thailand. I took off one star for price. Personally i thought the prices were a bit high considering the atmosphere. The cafe looks simple. I would agree with prices if the cafe looked more fashionable.

I generally don't eat Western food abroad as it's always lacking. It LOOKS LIKE what I'm used to but tastes not enough like what I'm used to while not being enough like the food of where I am. This is NOT that situation. These tacos are probably in the top 5 tacos of my life. The asada is perfectly juicy where it drips a little out of the end but isn't soggy nor dry. The tortillas are probably made here fresh and have enough thickness to have great structural integrity and you can taste the tortilla while not being a flat bread or naan. I don't usually like guac but even the guac was amazing. A reasonable price for Western food (about 300bhat for a taco plate)... But this isn't Western food this is food directly from the gods.

Warm, friendly and delicious. Those three words are especially apropos at Sunrise Tacos. I was reminded today by one of the staff who remembers me coming in years ago as I've been going to this restaurant for more than 15 years. That's the kind of customer service that you get all the time. Great food, great people.

Not worth the walk from Sukhvumit MRT instead will go to Terminal 21’s next time. Staffs not friendly, serving us so tried, place not so clean and cramped, toilet very confusing and not connected, music speaker very low and food was cold. But the taste wasn’t too bad.

Barbacao beef burrito is really good (pictures). This store is 24 hours. Good service, food, and location. Tortilla soup and many other items are all good. I like the shredded chicken more than the grilled chicken. (The other store in Ekkamai is not 24 hours even though it's listed in google map as such.)

We are regulars and we love it here. Portion sizes are HUGE which is excellent because it can fill you up for the whole day. We have tried many of the dishes all have been lovely. Can really recommend the beef enchiladas and the burritos! The lady that works there is very accommodating and super friendly.

Left with full tummy everytime. The Filipino waitress is super nice and very helpful. Good price.

The food here was AMAZING! everything was so tasty and what we wanted, the staff member Ella was also lovely. The portions are great for the prices and delicious. The frozen fruit drinks were yummy and the burritos too!

I came here for Margaritas and chips. The margarita tasted like cheap alcohol and there was big ice chunks in it when it’s meant to be blended. In addition my Salsa was frozen and has literal ice pieces in it and when I told the lady she went and microwaved it, which then made it taste like hot soup. I didn’t want to pay for this but I had to. I lived in Mexico for over 6 years for your information.

It’s a little shop and not that many seats. Good and fast service. Lady can speak both English and Thai.(Im not sure about Mexican or other languages.). Food tastes good. The mild sauce is not that spicy, so you can choose more spicy. You can ask for more sauces. Prices is regular for foreign food and the area price. If you cannot finish you can ask for takeaway box.😊

This tiny little shop is run by a charming lady and a couple of staff. We got a nacho platter with beef as well as a beef burrito. The decor is almost there, but not quite. I like that the entrance is on a side street so you can sit at the front and watch people go by on Sukhumvit. I'll probably return to try some tacos.

something is seriously wrong with the chefs in this place. they are intentionally trying to sabotage the owner. first time and second time my order was completely different. the second time i ordered i got a snack sized taquito and they insisted it was a big burrito and if i wanted a full size one i shouldnt have ordered the promotion. except both times i ordered the same thing from grab. the thai chefs in there are trying to shut this place down one bad review at a time, all the while the owner makes all these excuses in his replies to reviews completely oblivious to this situation . sad

Ordered Mexican chicken quesadilla and turkey chili bowl on Food panda from Sukhumvit 33 tonight. Got almost emty chili bowl. This was the tiniest chili bowl in my life ever. After this dinner I'm still hungry. Not recommended

Restaurant isn’t the prettiest but the pulled pork burrito was very very good. Like quite authentic taste , I was very surprised actually that it was that good and it was super filling

Head here to satisfy Tex-Mex cravings. Meat menu and meat substitute menu and one strictly vegetarian. Excellent service. A bit pricey for fast food but well worth it. Very generous portions.

Highly recommend the birria tacos with extra consomme - this is one dish they do very very well. The flavours are authentic to Mexico as we used to live in the state where the dish comes from. The two tacos (without cheese) along with John's hot sauce and the extra consomme to dip the tacos into is a real treat. The beef ones are the only way to go!

Delicious tacos and friendly service in a traditional Mexican-style restaurant! Highly recommend eating here when you’re in Sukhumvit!
