Pancake house

🫤 Got very excited to try this booming souffle pancake cafe in Bangkok on a beautiful weekend. Turns out the queue is unreasonably long for dine in, since we're in a rush, so we choose to take away. The menu is absolutely different from the dine in, but fortunately they also have take away souffle pan... People often mention pancakes, pancake, fluffy, taste, time, cream, ordered, good, order, cafe,

Got very excited to try this booming souffle pancake cafe in Bangkok on a beautiful weekend. Turns out the queue is unreasonably long for dine in, since we're in a rush, so we choose to take away. The menu is absolutely different from the dine in, but fortunately they also have take away souffle pancakes (on different style of serving). Without further ado, we're having a taste for it. Disappointed. That's the taste and proper word to describe. Why? Because the pancake itself is already cold and not so fluffy, while the fillings itself is pretty okay for my taste, but my friends said it's too bland as they were expecting something sweeter. Well if the dine in's pancakes are also like this, I don't think I would recommend people to go there and it's definitely not worth the long queue.

There are 2 options , one is take away and the other one is eat there. Both have long queues so I choose take away and It took around 20 minutes but worth to wait. Only Take away menu called Premium To Go and the price is 75 THB each. Pancake is not too big and not too sweet. Inside cream is very soft and fluffy. Overall is tasty. There are some fruit smoothies for drinks. Worth to try.

First of all, I was very excited to eat here. And there was high expectations in this famous Japanese dessert originated from Japan. But it turns out to be an average ones. We went there at 1:00 pm on Sunday, there were so many queues before us, we waited in line for about 1.30 hour and another 30 minutes to receive the dish. So be prepared to spend time here at least 2 hours. We ordered 3 dishes, including 2 signature fluffy pancakes, 1 salmon avocado pancake, and 2 drinks which are mango and peach smoothies. Salmon&avocado pancake dish tastes pretty good, with saltiness of the pancake and salmon gets along really well. Peach and Mango smoothies also taste delicious, but I doubt that they use an artificial taste and color? because I cannot sense a real fruit in there, somehow it was quite disappointing. But what I disappointed the most was the signature fluffy pancakes. When I was in the queue, I saw so many tables left without finishing the whole dish, so I do wonder why they didn't finish it all. But now I knew. Yes, it was fluffy, BUT it was way too sweet and doesn't taste any better than any other pancakes that we used to have. Pancake itself is sweet, as well as honey syrup and nama creme, so the whole dish has a lot of sweetness there. Nothing stands out. Or may be I should have ordered hot tea to reduce sweetness!? I really don't know. I wanted to like it so bad. 😩

Fluffy pancake is their signature. We enjoyed it. We also ordered the usual pancake too which was good as well. However, the ice cream that came with the pancake was a little icy.

Pancake cafes! it's so creamy and soft but the place is small, I waited about 10-20 mins per menu. ;) Nice decorating and scenery

Managed to try their french toasts and very fluffy pancakes tower. The taste is nice. Pancakes are not overly sweet, soft and pillowy but a little a little too eggy in my opinion. Their little premium pancakes to go looks interesting so I’ll try next time for sure.

I bought a “take away” little pancakes box for take away only, cannot sit down in the shop, when I asked the staff lady what can I order for sitting down, there were only some unhealthy looking milk teas, which I always refused to drink, then I asked again anything else I can order for sitting, she seemed a little unhappy I assumed she couldn’t speak much English, but she was super kind to agree me to sit down without order something else. That was a little story not concerned for review, the pancakes original I ordered, was very normal, no surprise, if not due to the kind lady, I will review it 2 stars due to this level of price

We ate here last October and it was delicious & memorable! This time the pancakes was a bit dense but still good! The service was good enough. Plan to wait 30 minutes for the pancakes because they only make it when it’s ordered!

The worst gram’s pancakes i have ever had!!! I think the chef did NOT follow the japan company’s receipt or cooking method, the pancakes is NOT fluffy like the one i usually had in Japan! It’s hard like mcdonald’s pancake even you can see from the picture…

They have been moved to different location in same floor. Got much smaller. their Soufflé Pancake is fluffy and soft with slight chewiness. Love it!

I had the signature fluffy pancakes - the fluffiness is just awesome! So soft but kinda cremye at the same time. Topped with butter and Maple Sirup on the side, delicious!

Passed by Gram cafe in Siam paragon and decided to have dessert there as there wasn’t a queue. We ordered the signature item and was informed that there would be a standard 30min wait time. However as it wasn’t peak hour, we were served immediately. For the price of 329 baht, it was very expensive. Been there, done that. Is it worth it? No.

Ordered Chocolate and pancake. Chocolate was normal, nothing special. The small pancake texture was nice , but should have choose the cream with flavours, the original cream was too plain.

Pancakes are fluffy and soft, we were informed they would take a while to cook. They were sweet, light and tasty. Also ordered French toast and bubble tea. The boba was pretty tasteless, and the French toast was just grilled thick bread… the cream is very sickly which it is served with. We didn’t finish all of our food. On reflection, just the pancakes between two people and lighter drinks would have been better. Quite expensive for what it is, but that’s Bangkok for you!

Loved the menu, takeaways are good but pancakes are always best served hot. Tried the original flavour for 299 baht. Yes pricey but you get a huge three stack of thick fluffy pancakes for the price with a side of whipped cream and syrup (can be refilled). Each mouthful of the pancakes was flavourful and you can really get enough as a dinner for one just from the pancakes alone. Warning, the wait time is very long as the pancakes are made fresh and there's limited staff. Generally a 20 minites wait so, dont forget to grab your receipt, book a table and then you can take a short trip in the surrounding shops for 20 minutes while your order is being prepared.

The pancake itself is very fluffy and the filling is very nice and creamy. I will have to try it fresh next time at the café itself. Then I can judge it more. 😁

Delicious and spongy pancakes, they are thick, with a very smooth texture and taste great. The workers are a bit slow on certain times but I would still recommended the place.

The signature dish is their fluffy pancake, the yummiest well-made pancake with fresh cream and delicious maple syrup on the side. The service was good and quick for take-out meals.

For me, a person living in Japan who always feels that the original store makes the things more difficult and complex for anyone who wants to go to make the brand get more premium and untouchable images by limiting the set of pancakes per day, open only 3times a day , i feel like its better in Thailand since you can get the pancake anytime. However, theyre newly opened and really packed in the cafe. The queue was pretty long that i had to go and waited before the openening time and even though I could eat in the cafe, I had to go back and line up again when I want to get some pancakes for taking out. The taste and price go together, not too bad. I guess we'll have to see again in the next two months after the staffs are getting used to this number of customer. And bit too big for one person for a plate. Waiting time is usually more than an hour after 10.10

Took some insta-worthy pic but food wise, had better pancake price wise, relatively more expensive as it located in an upscale mall service wise, can be improved seated at the waiting area, wanted to order something but the staff ask me go counter to order as that's for takeaway... Went to the counter, ordered but was told need to wait 20mins, so i told the staff I'm seated there the counter staff ask me seat there and order... I was like what the? Would only try once.
