Recently stayed at Citadines 11 in Bangkok. The staff were quite friendly and super accommodating. Loved the free tuktuk rides to Nana station and the complimentary morning coffee. Our room was spacious and clean. The location along Sukhumvit 11 was fantastic - buzzing with activity and street food (not on Mondays though). It's a nice mix of the vibrant local scene and the comfort of a service apartment. The warm Thai hospitality really shone through. All in all, a good stay.

Amazing customer service! Kind, helpful and great English. Accommodation was modern, clean and as advertised. Only thing to note not about the hotel but the area is a brings somewhat of a nightlife type crowd to be considered if your coming with family.

Excellent hotel. Great location. Super friendly staff. Great value for money. Very conformable rooms and hotel as a whole. I enjoyed staying at this hotel and I will stay again on my next trip to Bangkok.

This hotel absolutely has no service spirit of the hotel industry. I made a reservation in advance, and when I arrived at 4:00 pm, I was told that the reserved room could not be provided and I needed to sit and wait for 1.5 hours. There is no apology from the hotel at all, and no willingness to offer other available rooms for guest to check in first. They only care about profit, and tell guest that you can wait 1.5 hours or go out and find other hotels.

bad experience. request quiet room. got pigeons nesting outside making noises. transferred to other room which is smaller than my last room. cant even handle filthy disgusting pigeons. what sha certified. ruined my holiday. swimming pool is small. gym is too small. staff will bicker mocking you in local language after you complain.

Our room was what you would need as a traveller. It had kitchen amenities like stove, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge etc and had a working area and seating space, then bedroom which can be separated by a sliding door. Very ideal but the streets outside won't be quiet if you are looking for quiet. It had a swimming pool, gym and a laundrette. Very well situated in Sukhumvit. Walkable to Terminal 21 mall and others. Very happy with the staff service as well. Excellent place, highly recommended. To note though, their shuttle service is not free. Instead, we took a grab and paid about 380Baht, off peak.

The hotel is located right at Sukhumvit soi 11 which is a very lively area. It can get a bit noisy at night but overall the location is good and quite close to everything. The staff is very friendly. However, the rooms are very old and walls are extremely thin which makes it hard to get a good nights sleep.

Front desk staff very nice and know the area well. So ask if you need any help. Rooms here are priced well, clean and comfortable. Have stayed here a few times. On the lower floors you can hear the music from the clubs at night, so if that bothers you ask for a higher floor.

Used to be much better some years ago. Now it’s just a place to stay in a very high demand street. The please is quite clean however no any service, poor pool and gym facility and really poor personal especially LEK.. if you had some issue they show no understanding and they don’t follow their own policies. They try to charge you during their stay as much as they can.. I’ve recognized this by my recent stag and just checked out looking for a better place. Pricing is quite high comparing to their service and offering! I won’t recommend it anymore.

Had a good stay in a clean and comfortable well equipped room here. Hotel located in the middle of Soi 11 so v handy for bars & restaurants. Nana BTS only a short walk down to Sukhumvit. Staff very friendly and helpful. Reasonably priced for the location. Based on my experience can recommend.

Staffs and service are nice. There's also a pool, gym, launderette and a complimentary water refilling stations for guests. Complete dining and kitchen set, also has iron for your clothes. Location is good especially for night life. Recommended for short and long term stay.

Bad experience since we arrive. 1. AC in the room problem. 2. The staff wasn’t attentive enough. I have to find them to have new room. 3. Hot water problem 4. The room was so noise from street and other guest room banging,slaming door, yelling.

5min walk from nana bts. There is free Tuktuk service if you are lazy to walk. Plenty of 7-11, restaurants along the walk. Good nightlife. I stayed for long term and asked for a quiet room away to avoid the noise. Housekeeping and service is excellent!!

Nice in the middle of things. Very nice hotel and the room was great. Lots of things to do at nice as it's located in a busy road. Lots of food options and night clubs if that is your thing. Will recommend this place.

Another excellent hotel by Ascott, Citadines Sukhumvit 11 offers a spacious apartment (with living room and kitchen) in the heart of Soi 11. However, due to its location you will likely hear music from nearby bars and clubs into the night. Location: near the end of Sukhumvit 11, steps away from a 7/11 and nearby restaurants/bars. A shuttle bus is available to Nana BTS. Very convenient to get around. Rooms: spacious apartment with a divider for the bedroom, shower was good but not the best water pressure, everything else was fine. Amenities: there's a small rooftop pool, but it's only large enough for 1 person to swim comfortably at a time. A good gym as well. I stayed in the hotel fours nights and i would say that the hotel has an unbeatable price quality. You are in one of the best areas for tourists with a lot of services nearby and the room is huge and clean. Moreover the swimming pool is also a plus that helps you to relax. The only BIG cons is the noise, if you are sensitive with it or your plan is going to sleep early, you could have a problem since it can be very loud during the night until 2 o'clock. I don't know the other rooms but i have to use earplugs.

Updated Review - Swiming pool watch out for broken tiles that will cut you, my toe got cut, Mgmt please do your maintenance! - Supply of hot water is bad and inconsistent. My hot shower always ended up cold! The Not So Good: The beds and carpentry in room needs maintenance or refreshed. They creaks and have a mouldy smell. Location: may seems near to BTS NaNa, but do not be fooled, the 500m with luggage can be a killer, because on narrow walkways filled with uneven surfaces and potholes. So beware! Noise: becuaue of all the pubs and tuk tuk along the whole street, noise is expected once night fall, and will last till 3am. So if you are a light sleeper, this is a nightmare. The supply of Hot water in bathrooms can be improved. If the above can be improved, it will b truly 5 star. The Good: Staff are friendly and helpful. Payment is upfront in full upon checked in. Cash or Card are fine. Tuk tuk shuttle service upom request. Swimming pool (not huge) and DIY Laundry room is at Level 8, need to climb up to roof top area. Laundry is 90baht wash, 90baht dry. Guest to change token at front desk. Cold aircon in room. Fast wifi internet. Good cable tv options. Bathroom amenities are all provided or available upon request.

Decent hotel, rooms are great. It is very loud at night till 2AM, also lots of constructions going on in the morning and you can hear all even in the back side rooms of the hotel. Other than that staff is friendly, its close to 3 7-11s and if you like street food and nightlife its located in a perfect place. Also walking distance (15 mins ) to terminal 21. Also keep in mind hotel serves no food and it's super stingy with water. Also the pool is really small and bad but other than that it's a really alright place to stay.

Perfect. I like the room very much. Convenient, like having a kitchen and all the equipment for me. There are sofas and tables. I'm a Thai living abroad so my friend came to visit the hotel with great convenience. All the staff are lovely, speak well, service is very good, the location is very good. Sleep well, not noisy, very impressed, I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Citadines Sukhumvit 11 is a good hotel for a very reasonable price. I had a suite which included a kitchenette and lounge area. The location is great - Soi 11 is really close to Nana station and the Sukhumvit Road. Bars, Restaurants and street food is all available near the hotel. I thought it was great value for money and I would certainly stay here again.

A clean and spacious place. Value for money. Great customer service and central location. Walking distance to Nana BTS and cool bars and restaurants on the street. Great bakery just around the corner for good croissants. Staff are pedantic about cleaning so that’s a good thing. They also do laundry for you at a price! Thanks guys :-)

There's a horrible music band just outside the hotel playing super loud music all night on the street. They're so bad it's more like screaming than singing. It goes on all night every night. I'm shocked the hotel hasn't done anything to stop them, no respect for your own guests who want to sleep

The rooms lock key doesn't work properly. They haf to change two of the cards. The comod leaks water. The floor is not no smoking. Smells so bad. The front desk tried to help with her sweet words but actually did nothing about it. I was supposed to get a king bed but got two single beds. So my and my wife had to sleep separately. They said they will try to change the bed or the room but did nothing.

The staff were very efficient, helpful, and friendly. overall, the hotel is in excellent condition. the rooms are very spacious, well equipped, clean and well-maintained. We really appreciated the availability of so many universal wall plugs. we stayed on the 5th floor studio room. some downsides: (i) the hotels are a little far from the subway, which can be inconvenient when it's raining, but there's also a closer proximity to the convenience store, which is a good point.

Awesome facilities super modern and spotlessly clean... Room has everything Inc toiletries and little extras all the way to iron and hairdryer and safe. Apartment meets hotel. Great little pool and gym on roof and staff so friendly - let me check in 5 hours early as could see id had a long overnight trip to get there! Highly recommend and worth paying a few extra dollars for!

I am the hospitel right now. One star is quite high for the ASQ quarantine provided here. Polyester bedding, food for homeless people, x-rays taken in the car park, no questions on how I feel considering I tested positive for Covid-19. All these for 50,000 BHT. God knows when I will be able to go out from this hell. Ruined my entire holiday and planning to never return to Thailand. Is actually anyone aware of how we are treated on our own expense???

I spentt the first four days in a studio. It was corrct by the very brginning of thre stay, but i had to complain to change rooms , for for different reasons. As bad smell, and bad light Went from 3 hello hello hello 222 2 1 1

O Wow What a stay of our last stay in this beautiful hotel. Definitely 5 ⭐️ for this Accomodation from stuff welcome service to room amenities. It’s all classic with convenient to move around in and around Bangkok. Recommended to Everyone!
