Pretty disappointed with the condition of the course today. Fairway is ok. Rough is wet and uneven. Putting green ok. But overall condition is not well maintained. Bunker is too hard and flooding. I believe it was a very good course before as the layout is good. I hope to see it return to its good days. Lastly, caddies friendly and helpful.

Last time I was here was six years ago. Still retaining it's charm and the course is reasonably well taken care of. Some holes are challenging and tests your approach skills. Caddies are friendly and so are the general staff. From the main highway, it is quite a long drive in.

Fairways, rough, bunkers, green, Club house, in brief everything in bad, really bad condition. Possibly has seen its better days. Hopefully the Club will renovate everything. One saving grace is its club employees who are very polite and gracious. Younger caddies need more training.

After many years of playing golf in Bangkok, we are so disappointed at Lakewood Country Club. We had a good golf round and were very happy with the course conditions at Lakewood 4-5 years ago. However, when we come here again, the course is badly maintained: the green has many patches of dead grass and uneven surfaces. The fairway was bad without any sign of maintenance. The bunker is worse with many loose pebles and you can see that it's not maintained and some bunkers without any sand.

The course condition is fine. It is not easy when the ball goes into the woods. The big trees will block all the balls to the fairway. The management should really improve the tee box condition. The poor condition of the tee box gives bad impression for the visitors who come here for the first time. But the members know that the course itself has class.

Good locker room and facilities in the clubhouse. The fairway is quite good. Bunker is not deep or hard to get out. Green is in a better condition.

I visited on Saturday afternoon. Price including green fee, caddie fee, and the cart fee was THB 1,800. I think the price is quite good but the condition of green and fairway was so so. If you're looking for good golf, then this is not the one.

Good and easy course. Few water hazards but many bankers. Short distance. Easy access from Bangkok.

A fading princess but still a great course. 3 X 9 holes (wood; lake; rock). Nice fairways and fair greens. Good caddy experience. A bit pricey but worth the spend. See you on the course.

Green conditions is not best condition and fareway too, caddy is not much service. 200 thb food ticket does not need,

A bit soak fairway due to raining, but still good. Layout is i teresting not so tough. Play during Covid pandemic buffet price on weekday which VERY cheap compare with the course normal price.

Good price when come with big group. Caddies are very friendly and professional. Pro shop is small and expensive but understandable. Food at clubhouse is okay. Birds are cute. Green is quite good for the price. Golf cart is ok condition. Kiosks are a bit small and less options. Putting green is a hit further from the starting spot.

Course need to repair. Bunker becomes hard soil, green speed of each hole much different. Our group had dinner after the game, restaurant was very dark and we couldn't get the dishes what we ordered. It seemed staffs hurried to go back home.

It's not nearly the old Lakewood that I use to go. Greens are little bid too slow and rough is too much rough which showed that the golf course is under maintenance. Luckily caddies are all well trained and friendly.

Great layout, greens were true and fast, most bunkers in great shape. Caddies were very good, water penalty areas not really in play , not a links style course as there is rough in front of most greens but a very enjoyable round for a 14 and 24 index player .

The worst course we ever play, the fairway are always muddy and water lock and the sand bunker just like swimming pool! Only the green is average

Waste of time. Quite long delay. Wanna go home during the play

The price is suitable, the golf course has just cutting grass. Only caddie is too old so they can not see the ball.

Caddies are great and the staff is very friendly, but BEWARE — this course does not seem to provide rain checks under any circumstances. If the weather turns during your round, you’re out of luck. Likely best to avoid when there are many other better options nearby.
