Nice place but quite hidden, I observed just a Thai flag from the beach and only afterwards found a way up to the hill (us behind the Blackrose pub)... nice lookout and romantic place.

This is a great place to be “King of the World!” (Titanic reference) and watch boats speed around Maenam point. Easy to get to, just follow the dirt path across the street from the hotel at the end of the paved road and then climb the stairs up to the view point.

There's a stairway from Black Rose Cafe up to the viewpoint. It's a less developed part of Ko Samui, which is good. 👍

This viewpoint is absolutely amazing, undeniably one of the finest spots in Koh Samui. It's especially breathtaking for sunset views, preferably around 18:00. While there are stairs to climb, the effort is well worth it for the mesmerizing scenery you'll encounter. The only downside is the not-so-appealing bungalow on the premises, which looks a bit unsightly.

Nice view point of Maenam bay. Very few steps so accessible for most. Located at the back of the Black Rose Cafe.

Breathtaking view!! BUT when you are going with scooter there’s very bumpy road. Also be careful on the hill because construction is not ready so there’s no rail

I’m surprised that Google map brought us to a very narrow and bumpy road, and then we parked the car at nearby hotel, walked across the destroyed house and then finally we saw the viewpoint. Perhaps it will take few months for them to rebuild the place...

it's hard to get there, but it's definitely worth it. stunning sea view! a great place to relax and meet the sunset
